Courteous, professional, and accommodating.

Courteous, professional, and accommodating. Easy to set up appointment and no major issues in the process. Two minor issues I have are the following: 1) Have the BMC Care package in which I believe 3 oil changes are included. Was surprised to see that I was charged $3.36 to top of coolant (.2 liters / 6.8 ounces). One would think that this should be included, and if not, waiver for such a small negligible amount. 2) Was provided a loaner of which had 32 miles (no gas). Was told to put in $5 off gas so it's the same level when returned. After putting in $6 of gas and returning the vehicle with 42 miles to empty (more than when received), was texted an invoice (Agreement A27296) for approx $6 for gas of which i declined to sign as my obligation was fullfilled as directed. Little things like things tend to leave a bad taste in one's mouth as it appears that the department is looking to charge for anything possible and I know that this is not the image BMW wants to portray. Despite these two very minor issues, the overall experience was positive and I would like to thank the polite and very knowlegdgle staff for that.

Very disappointed with the results of my repair.

Very disappointed with the results of my repair. My car was in your shop for 2 months for a transmission repair. I had a Transmission Fault dashboard reading. The car had an acceleration issue as well. The Tech recommend buying an upper actuator from a 3rd party supplier which I did and it was installed. I was told that I needed additional work which would've cost another $5K and I declined due to budget restraint. I told them I would have to circle around and get it done later. When I went to pick up the car they had a diffulcult time locating it and I waited close to an hour for my car. When I got in the car there was a constant chime and a transmission fault light. No one explained why the car was having these issues. I decided to take the car to another dealership a couple of weeks later and had it service.

My wife and I recently bought a gently used BMW x5 xdrive 50e at Laurel BMW. The showroom is beautiful, the selection wonderful and Jason, our salesman, was polite, not pushy, informative, and knowledgeable! That clicked a lot of boxes for us, as our experiences at other dealerships has been mixed. We found the perfect car. It sits up high enough for my pretty short wife and rides like a dream. Quiet, plenty powerful, and beautiful inside!

We purchased a BMW iX from this dealer along with an extended warranty. After selling the car, we needed the form to request a refund for the warranty. For over a month, we have called numerous times, but no one responds. The financial department’s phone goes straight to voicemail, and no one returns calls. When you’re buying a car, they flood you with emails and text messages, eager to “help.” But when you need assistance with something that isn’t a sale, you’re stuck in a frustrating game of phone tag—except no one ever calls you back. All we’ve asked for is a simple email with a form to complete and submit for a refund, yet we’ve been ignored. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice. The follow-up and customer service after the sale are extremely poor.
