Bought a used 2013 nissan Altima in late December.

Bought a used 2013 nissan Altima in late December. Not even 2 months later and the transmissionh is busted. The cost of a transmission replacement is close to what they were selling the car for.

We had an excellent experience because of Chris Roberts.

We had an excellent experience because of Chris Roberts. We were "assigned" to him but I would prefer to use him for every future car shopping experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable on the brand and gave us his honest advice/opinions when we were between two cars. He was not pushy with us and i felt more supported in this process than i did in the 5 dealerships we visited before Mercedes. I really had no intention of leaving with a Mercedes (nor did i go out looking for one) but Chris made it such a great process that we left with one that day and i'm so thankful we did because we are loving it! Thank you to Chris!

I had a service appointment and after waiting for 15

I had a service appointment and after waiting for 15 minutes Shannon did not honor a coupon I had and I asked if they had another she said no. When I came back I found they had many offers in thier app and she could have shared but she did not care and she told me I can go to the other dealer who printed the coupon. This is bad service. I felt unwelcome so I did not hesitate to drive away and go to the other dealer.Thank God the other dealer ( in romeoville ) is not too far and their customer service is wonderful.

Enjoyable buying experience.

Enjoyable buying experience. My initial encounter with Kimberley Cager was good and improved thereafter. She was very helpful and genuine in her approach. Her sales manager was a pleasure to work with. We did not see eye to eye initially, but worked to find common ground. I look forward to an ongoing relationship.
