I brought a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 450 in November 2024

I brought a 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 450 in November 2024 and recently started to experience an issue with the cooling engine and my car overheating back in February. My car was in and out of the shop for three months for this issue. After the second time we talk to Chris the general manager, he was very apologetic and understanding of the issue and did everything he could to help us have a better experience. Fast forward they were not able to figure out what was going on with my car but helped me get out of that car and I was able to get a 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 that I absolutely love. My car buying experience was awesome and I’m so thankful I was able to get a car I love driving everyday. I also received a very nice gift in the mail. Chris the salesman was great and helped me with this car purchase.

my experience was great this time Shannon was great only

my experience was great this time Shannon was great only problem was they didn't let me see the part they replaced and as i was driving home my message center said my engine oil needed checking and they was suppose to have checked everything. I've had a bad experience before at this dealership and really didn't want to use them but they were the only dealership that could fix my problem without waiting three weeks.

I went in to the dealership to buy a used Tesla Model Y.

I went in to the dealership to buy a used Tesla Model Y. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. My experience buying with Jim was fantastic and stress free. After I purchased the car Earl was extremely attentive while I waited for the car to be ready for pick up. It was an awesome experience all around

We stopped into Mercedes of Westmont as a second stop in our search for a new car. I am not really a fan of buying new cars, we typically buy a car and drive it until it’s dead, just so we don’t have to go thru the whole purchasing process of getting a new car. Chris at Mercedes of Westmont has completely changed my outlook on buying new cars! He is very professional, but yet relatable and understanding of the process and how to make it a pleasurable experience. We weren’t looking to purchase a car that day, but Chris really listened to our wants and needs and was able to find something for us that fit what we were looking for. He was very patient with us as we made our decision. Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car.

While I have had some decent experiences in the past

While I have had some decent experiences in the past years - for the most part - this Dealership is Terrible. I had issues right from the get go at Sales.. and mind you - this is not my only car. I do work with other dealerships and automotive brands for my other vehicles and I have 'NEVER' experienced such Terrible Sales and Service. Their Sales person Kim called me and then went silent when she knew I know my cars. For starters - the unprofessionalism, the overselling, and the overcharging of something that can be done seamlessly if I went to a different MB Dealership - is beyond ridiculous. Family members and friends of mine had warned me about this place but I went back only because of the proximity. This will be 'THE VERY LAST TIME' I am going to this dealership and I will escalate their lack of ethics, unprofessionalism, and lack of transparency all the way to the Top at Mercedes' leadership. Tim Kronon from service was great but I didnt get a chance to work with him this time - my bad luck. Kelli who used to work there was great but she doesnt anymore. The rest of them are either unhelpful or out to get you. This place is really the pits. They even broke my numberplate cover and bent my numberplate when they returned my car - for crying out loud! Seriously DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT go here. Very unethical set up. I was overcharged and taken for a ride. Such a terrible experience. I will be speaking to MB folks at Sandy Springs, Atlanta and I will be raising these concerns.
