Great experience went to my usual salesman Mohammad K.

Great experience went to my usual salesman Mohammad K. All I did was call him and told him what I was looking for he found me a car that exceed my expectations! I love it!

the salesperson told me my car was a premium luxury,

the salesperson told me my car was a premium luxury, which includes heated wheel and I took his word for it, even tho he did not have the window sticker and got it home (50 miles away) to find that it does not. very bad. then there was a scratch on the rear bumper and he and the service dept was too lazy to buff that out, on a cadillac!! also hid the second remote, and handed it to me after I paid (no loan) for the car, which was ran over by a truck! $300 later! all bad.

Sylwia Dziuba our Sales Associate was outstanding! We purchased our third Mercedes Benz this past spring from Mercedes Benz Of Westmont. Sylwia as always is a person who listens to her customers wants and needs and then assist them in purchasing the right vehicle to fulfill those needs! She works within a profession where integrity and professionalism is not always a salesperson’s main objective. This however, is not Sylwia! I implore anybody who’s in the market to purchase a Mercedes Benz to go to Mercedes Benz Of Westmont and visit with Sylwia you won’t regret it!

First time Mercedes buyers-bought an S560 and a GLE450.

First time Mercedes buyers-bought an S560 and a GLE450. We looked at all models & drove what was of interest. We dealt with Tom Flessor & Sylvia Dziuba. They were both extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, more than willing to answer questions and explain the capabilities of the vehicles and educate us on the Mercedes. It was an extremely positive experience!
