I have say the service was ok but that is not what I expect from this brand, At drop off I waited over 10 minutes with being spoken to before someone realized I was standing there. 8 hours later I had to call the dealership to ask if they had completed the oil change. It was "Just going into wash", so I got dropped off. After paying for the service I was told where to wait and that the car would be brought out shortly. After 40 standing outside in the sun on an 80 degree day later the cashier came out with my keys, but no idea where my car was. I valet had to be found to walk the lot searching for my car. Employees did apologize but every single apology was followed up by an excuse or a transfer of blame. The experience was typical of the level of service I would expect from a discount service center. Maybe I'll try there next time.

$500 in charges and no car wash.
Paid $500 for services, a seat was reprogrammed and they didn't even wash the car. I got back into it, the passenger seat was moved all the way up, and the cover was off the back box and left on the floor with a couple fuses.
