My car service was quicker than expected really thank

My car service was quicker than expected really thank these people for such a great service. It took 5 hours to complete the job since it was so extensive but Cleiton was very straight forward with what was going on and made my repair time and expectations meet what I was thinking. No one likes going to the dealer we know this but when I go to jeep now I feel like I have a peace of mind knowing the job is their number one priority

A great Dealer and a great Service team

I've bought my last 2 vehicles there and I am satisfied with the quality and care of their certified pre-owned selections. Not only that but the quality of their service department is great. Joe Machado went above and beyond on helping with my questions and repairs needed on my vehicle.

Excellent Service

Always receive great service, Service Advisors are very personable, helpful, provide excellent communications and are very customer service driven. I appreciate the comfortable customer waiting area and complimentary coffee station. The Service Department staff have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

This is a place where I purchase my current vehicle and also the one before it that I drove for 21 years, Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Every time I visit this place (primarity for service but also for other warranty related service) is a positive, an outstanding experience - from service to management. Reise in particular is the most amazing human being as well as taking care my vehicle. Today, was an extraordinary day, not only servicing my Jeep, as they always do, but also myself. I am an individual with mobility challenges and did have difficulty getting from here to there and up. Everyone there, including sales staff, ran for assistance. You know Who you Are. Service comment

I had a battery issue with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I brought it into the dealership. Thinking that the issue would take all, day I was prepared, with a good book. I was out of there in less than 2 hours (minus the time since I was the 5th car in line). I have owned 8 jeeps. Reise Teransky in the service department was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated all along the short wait, while being extremely busy. The showroom is as clean as their cars. Great dealership... JE

Welcomed in immediately.

Welcomed in immediately. Introduced to Emmanuel Noel, and he was quick to answer all questions. Was very considerate in showing the auto that I showed interest in. Chris went over price and turn-in information very efficiently. When I went in to pick up the vehicle, Manny was very considerate about my time and followed through with the details very quickly. He then went over the functions of the vehicle before I left. He was very patient and considerate.

Clean, professional, quality people. Got me in early. Completed the oil and rotation plus a recall...even though I had an appointment in a month for the recall. Kelly Jeep is the best.

Highly recommend for buying a car

The team I worked with….Christian, Cris and Larry were very focused…yes they were persistent and aggressive, but absolutely worked with me to make a deal. And seemed to genuinely want us to be pleased with the result.

Nothing but positive things to say about Christian Montesinos and the Kelly dealership. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. He is not your average car dealer, I can tell he genuinely wants what is best for his clients. Everyone I encountered was kind, helpful and respectful. The process was seamless, fast and easy and all of my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I have shopped around at several different dealerships around New England, and have purchased a few vehicles, but now I will never go anywhere else!
