I purchased a 2106 Honda Civic and couldn't be more pleased with the service and sales department of Honda North. Dave Clifford was courteous, respectful... and extremely knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features of my Honda. I love the technology package, the navigation system and the blue tooth features of my car. He was very patient and kind showing me features that i had not previously had on prior cars. I would highly recommend Honda North and in particular, Dave Clifford, if considering a new or used Honda.

First encounter was Mariann Fetsch and this is how I think the BDC should work. Filter the call, provide information, and hand off to a sales rep. Thank... you to Mariann. She got us in the door with a quick email of price confirmation, VIN# and that you actually had the truck. The sales person, Cassie Fiasconaeo, was great. She knew the vehicle. Was able to show us how everything worked. We never felt rushed and she had us test drive one. After a little back and forth we settled on a price and we were happy. Next up was the business manager, Alex Salcedo. Started out well until we made it clear we were not interested in extended warranties or LoJack. Although never rude it was quite clear to us that the mood had changed. That was not good. I own a business and if a customer isn't interested, that's fine with me. I can move right along. I don't take it personally. Alex should do the same. I would be looking down the road at the maintenance some goodwill would be bringing into the shop. Lastly picking up the vehicle- Cassie was waiting and had the plates on and ready to go. She spent a great deal of time making sure I drove off knowing how things worked. Again I never felt rushed. I came back to honda north to buy a replacement car. I was pleasantly suprised with the ease of the experance. It was a refreshing change to be working... with people who set me at ease. I did not feel pressured at all. I was also able to get a vehical that has all wheel drive, A must for a winter climate.
Came in for new inspection sticker. Told me about 45 minutes, but was completed in less than 30 minutes. Also helped me with some new equipment I was not... sure about.
I received Excellent service I had a very Pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson I received a Fair price for my new vehicle All staff I encountered were... very pleasant and helpful
On line contact via web site along with follow was excellent.... immediate response along with forwarding "internet price". On site Sales Rep, Ed Dake... was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to do business with.
Whether it is purchasing a new car or getting service performed, the associates at Honda North are excellent. They make a person feel as if they are not... "putting them out" but rather how they are able to assist you. Vic Gillespie in the service department, and Sean Geyer in sales are to be commended for their great customer service. They pay attention to ones needs. That is a plus for Honda North and it is the only reason why I purchase and service my vehicles there. Thank you!!
Great Job by all involved.Sales was great. I now have a problem with the entertainment system. Dominic in repair has taken good care of ,also the service... manager has been involved.
