Horrible ,I made an appointment for 12.
Horrible ,I made an appointment for 12.20 pm got to the dealership at 12.15 pm for an oil change and 4 tires and it took 4 and an half hour I,I think that?s ridiculous,I never would go back for service at that dealership,thank you

Brought my car in for an oil change and left with a Check
Brought my car in for an oil change and left with a Check Engine Light on. A simple ECU would have cleared the error code but they would not provide that service. Instead it would have been a $189 diagnosis. All set, I?ll go to my local guy.

The customer service rep was fine but the service was
The customer service rep was fine but the service was terrible. It shouldn't take 3 1/2 hours to do a minor routine 6 months inspection. Service is usually much better

Minor service today required four hours waiting time and
Minor service today required four hours waiting time and this was a scheduled appointment. I thought 2 hours max when I drove in. I will try to have my cars serviced elsewhere in the future.
