Service department is very efficient.

Service department is very efficient. Agents are polite, respectful and engaging. Waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with refreshments. Rides h9me are offered and appreciated when needed.

The Sales Manager is Awesome.

The Sales Manager is Awesome. He worked with me in exchanging a new vehicle that I had just purchased from his dealership for a different vehicle at the dealership. It was a seamless process. He was very professional and easy to work with. I am quite happy.

Matt Buonomo was really professional and kind in helping us with the service of our 2017 Toyota Camry. The team in general were efficient and we appreciate the shuttles back and forth from IRA to our home

Sales rep very pleasant and helpful.

Sales rep very pleasant and helpful. He did a good job of explaining features. Initial offer included a $1,100.00 product not requested that I had to question and decline. Pickup process was too lengthy (almost 4 hours) - partly fault of insurance sent with wrong effective date; I wish dealer had noticed that before registration attempt.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I was told my key would take 2 to 3 days to come in. I called Angel twice and left voice mails. He never called back. I spoke to a Will, he never called back either. The next time I called, Will tried to get me to call the parts department to find out if tge key was in. 4 unreturned calls and 2 months later I have my key. Will had a a smirk on his face when i arrived like he thought the whole thing was funny. This is an example of why I drove over 30 miles to buy my last 2 Toyotas instead of going to Ira.
