Felt extremely rush by the salesman & signing process.

Felt extremely rush by the salesman & signing process. It was not busy but while reading over documents agents seemed agitated that I was reading and didn?t blindly sign. Explaining documents is ok but I?m within every right to read the fine lines.

I recently visited for a routine service on my Toyota Camry, and I had a great experience. My service advisor, Matt, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate his professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.

My salesman Van Danm (Vadim) was just AWESOME !

My salesman Van Danm (Vadim) was just AWESOME !!!! I think he sold 5cars that day. He was like the energizer bunny of sales and yet, he made me feel as if I was his only customer that day. Vladimir was overall GREAT. I would definitely recommend him.

Everyone working at Ira is top flight, ever so very professional. You can tell by the crowd of folks who jam the place daily for service there despite the long waits, knowing everything will be done right and at a fair price.

Such a pleasure to work with any of the service advisors. Keep you informed throughout the visit. I just wish they would tune the tvs to The Price is Right at 11:00.

My service agent was very efficient and friendly.

My service agent was very efficient and friendly. I was pleased with the comfortable facilities. The caf� always has good specials. He let me know how my car was progressing while I waited.

Today I had an appointment for maintenance.

Today I had an appointment for maintenance. I was not impressed with the salesperson who handled my work order. I had to look for him after 15 minutes from getting a message that my car is all set. He did not let me know where the car is parked. I had to look for my car. He wasn’t very courteous and not a good customer service person.
