I went to Ira Toyota to get an oil change On my Rav 4

I went to Ira Toyota to get an oil change On my Rav 4 today. Bruce was very good Explaining what they checked and what they did. He explained the wait time and Also that I needed a new wiper blade on my rear window. I asked how long it would take and they completed it . Good Job done!

Dealership, good but service department took too much

Dealership, good but service department took too much time to change the oil and rotate tires two hours and 30 minutes the last 15 minutes the vehicle sat out in the parking lot waiting before they came to me
