I bought a new RAV Prime from them.

I bought a new RAV Prime from them. Being from CA they weren't able to register it immediately. Not only did they Lyft me a ride from the airport to them but also to Fitchburg. Knowing that I am caretaking my 94 yr old Mom they brought out a rental car for me to use until they can deliver my car. Thanks Toyota of Danvers.

Matt the service advisor is amazing he was such a treat.

Matt the service advisor is amazing he was such a treat. Wilson a precious advisor was horrible he would Harass women, he actually had many complaints all from women he would bother. He once had a mechanic destroy my brand new tires while trying to put new rims on my vehicle. Then he tried covering it up and Toyota refused to refund me until finally they gave in. All this because of how awful Wilson was not the boy about harassing women but the way he treated customers as well. Anyways Matt is the best

Oil change took 2 hours and they did not latch my hood.

Oil change took 2 hours and they did not latch my hood. Driving home, hood started vibrating and making noise. Had to pull over and re-latch it. Texted the service person and only received an apology. Something like that should have been some sort of comp. This is the second incident. Not sure if I will return.

I bought my truck from Ira because of the service department. I made to correct decision. The service department is top flight. When I'm in the market for a new truck, I will go back to Ira.
