Made an appointment for an oil change. It took them 3.5 hours to do it. 15 minute job takes them 3.5 hours. What’s the point of the appointment? I can’t imagine if something more serious needs to be done. You probably gonna have to leave your car for days.

I have to begin this review by saying that if are in need of a Toyota, this is the location to go to. My son was looking for a new car and saw one he really liked. Sean Leonard, Michael Rebelo and Akeem Robertson gave him an exceptional experience!! They went above and beyond in making sure he got what he wanted. I 've purchased a few cars in my time and have to say this experience was beyond what I expected. They were so professional, explained every detail, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the transaction. We will absolutely be visiting this dealership again for our next Toyota purchase!!

Angel is professional, knowledgeable about car and is detail oriented. He explained everything out to me and made sure all my questions were answered and listened to me complain about the car and its problems. I also dropped off the vehicle the day before the closed just so it was easier for me instead of dropping it off and rushing to work. That was smooth aswell. Happy with the service he provided. My car was done by the time I got home and took out my dog! (another win). Angel called me to let me know and picked up my car. Happy with the service he provided!! Thank you!

Was there for service. Alex Pendleton is a great service manager. Very polite, answers any questions you have. I use him for all my service appointments.

Very professional and efficient.
Very professional and efficient. I expected a certain server and got someone else. The server was very good, but the switch is a bit off putting.

I brought my car in for 10 thousand mile oil change at 1100 waited there to get it back at 4:00. Last time I will use IRA.

Will not use IRA again It took 5 hrs to get a oil change. Not happy with the service

Service was great. Bruce checked me and was so helpful. Gave me good info on my truck for future service appts. Good advice on tire purchases as well. Bruce is a valuable employee!!!
