Extremely busy place…so much going on that a woman had
Extremely busy place…so much going on that a woman had her car backed into right in front of me. I was there for a complimentary promotion which the attendant who was assisting me had little knowledge of which made me feel unimportant because I wasn’t planning on spending any money. I had made the appointment with Gineen, who gets an A+ in customer service and is great at paving the road towards customer retention. But my attendant’s “matter of fact” approach was condescending in a way that made me feel unwelcome. I liked the video of the mechanic going over the 19 point inspection although it was about 10 seconds long which left me wondering if he really checked everything out. Apparently he didn’t because he didn’t top off any of the fluids other than the oil change. I noticed this when I got back into my vehicle but I wasn’t about to go back in there and wait another 2 hours for some fluids. I will be sure to remind them of this oversight in my next (and possibly final) visit. The facility and service waiting area is top notch and is perhaps the best thing about my visit.

This dealership is top notch in every respect . I bought a verified used car from them and they did not try to upsell me or add any unexpected fees to the sale. I had a bad experience with a local Honda dealer and decided to give IRA a try, so glad I did. I was made to feel like I was a valuable customer by the salesman who helped me his name is Ritchie, he treated me like a friend and I trusted him. This place has all those awards hanging in the showroom for a reason. I also found out early on that just because some other dealerships may be big and impressive that does not mean they have the customers best interest in mind. LOVE IRA TOYOTA. And oh by the way the Toyota I bought was a beautiful deal and a quality brand. I hope everyone else gives them a try like I did so they can see what buying a vehicle is supposed to be like.

The car I found advertised on cars.
The car I found advertised on cars.com was not available at the dealership when I called them. It continued to show is available on cars.com for 3 weeks until it was removed, they need to do better than that. Additionally when I spoke to a sales agent on the phone they continued to push other cars on me even though I explained that I lived 300 miles away and was only willing to travel for the car they didn't have. I'm not particularly impressed with this dealership and not eager to do business with them.

Walked in, told my dealer I was there for my inspection sticker for my new car. Went to the waiting room and Sean took care of everything and I was on my way in less than an hour.

I I have been a customer at Ira for almost 16 years. Between my wife and I we have leased 10 cars. We always go to the dealership for our scheduled maintenance because they are fast, efficient, and always courteous. We both have leases that end next year and we will be back for two more cars.

Rich Swantson is a great guy who genuinely wants to put
Rich Swantson is a great guy who genuinely wants to put you in a great car. You're going to want to buy a car when you talk to him, and if my experience is anything like the normal, you should trust that feeling. I sincerely got a great deal on my Highlander. I haggled a little and it was fine. No high pressure stuff, no games; and most importnaly he's a man of his word. If you know what you want, he'll do his best to help you get it as quickly as possible. I can't reccomend Ira and Rich high(lander)ly enough.
