I was there on the 23rd of January for a wheel alignment. Was serviced by David Rojas. I was charged full price of $139.95. Later on I received an email that they are running a special for the same service for $99.95 I wasn't offered the special price at the dealership when I was paying and they have the audacity to send me the specials after the service is done and it's all paid. What a rip off!!! I tried to contact the service manager for two days in a row. Impossible!!! He was supposed to call me back! No one called! No one gives a xxxx for you once you are out! I will definitely look for a different place to service my car next time.

I recently took my car in for service at IRA Toyota.
I recently took my car in for service at IRA Toyota. My service representative, Rick Harper helped make my time spent at the dealership very pleasant. As he checked me in, he explained what would be done and how long it should take. He mentioned that he would let me know of any other concerns they found. Everything was completed as he described. Looking forward to working with him yhe future.

Went there for an inspection sticker they told me I have
Went there for an inspection sticker they told me I have some lights out.i said ok and he told me that two lights in back bumper out too.They would have to drop back bumper to replace bulbs and cost lot of money.I told the advisor that they are reflectors not lights.He charged me for the job anyways. I'm very disappointed.

I have looking for a new dealer for service after getting
I have looking for a new dealer for service after getting ripped off at Acton Toyota so i had them change out my battery as a test. As soon as i get home i look at the work and they left the clamp that holds the battery in completely loose. Not a catastrophe but sloppy

From the moment of inquiring online to the point of entering the dealership, I was immediately at ease with my purchase. IRA Toyota of Danvers not at one time made me feel as if I was actually buying a vehicle. My contact; Mr. Jason Dick was absolutely amazing. He kept me at ease thru the entire process, especially knowing the vehicle I wanted to purchase was my dream car and how much effort and work I put into getting this accomplished before hitting their site/storefront. Mr. Dick made every step effortless and painless, he kept conversation going and not ONLY on a sale like most car salesman. He actually didn’t talk about the sale of the car 90% of the time but managed to get everything he needed to done. The company actually paid for the lunch of my husband and I while we were there waiting as well. Mr. Dick delivered my car to another state to me directly and even filled my gas tank (then had to trust me driving him back), he survived LOL. No one does that anymore, it’s usually just about the selling and buying of a vehicle and no one personalizes the sale. Even after buying this vehicle the company’s management emailed me appreciating me for my business, not saying it wasn’t automated but it was a nice added touch. I’ve bought many cars before and this time hands down was the BEST experience I have yet to have. I wanna thank you all but a special THANK YOU to Mr. Jason Dick (sales associate) and Gabe (finance) for allowing me to reach this goal.
