Two hours for an oil change

I had a 1:20 pm appointment for an oil change today and arrived promptly at 1:20. I had told them when I made the appointment I was planning on waiting there for it to be done. I waited in my car for 20 minutes before they took the car in for the work. The oil change was finished at 3:08pm. Almost two hours for an oil change! Won’t go back for service there again.

Disappointed

Had an oil change and filter. I made an appointment and was there on time. Waited for my car to be done . Very disappointed It took almost 4 hours!! An oil change with an appointment should not take anywhere near that long!!! An hour maybe two at the most but FOUR??!! The work was done satisfactorily but I would NOT go back just for an oil change it took way too much of my time. They really overbook.

Pleasant Experience

Matt was great! He was patient and understanding when I explained to him that I had a not so great experience when coming in for service in February. He was not aggressive at all in selling me services I didn’t need or want, and he didn’t dissuade me from using a coupon sent to me by Toyota as another advisor had done in February. The service was faster than normal, and I feel better about returning for service in the future

Service Appointment

Had a scheduled service appointment brought the vehicle in I was assisted right away. The service attendant was very helpful, courteous, and had great customer service. He answered all of my questions. Everything went just as he said it would.

Excellent Service Professionals

I worked for Mercedes Benz of Boston for 12 years so I know how a dealership is supposed to run. This service dept is Excellent! They greet people properly! They clearly explain and walk you through the process properly! They communicate in a timely and professional manner! Very impressed! Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.

Helpful, but incomplete

Denis was very helpful in letting me know what was and was not required for the 35,000 mile service, and in arranging for a late pickup. However, I did not receive the report of the multipoint inspection so I don't know what they found.

We’ll done!

In for 20K mile check (oil, fluids, tire rotation, etc.) and inspection sticker. Estimate was for 1 1/2 hrs, but rep said it may go 2. Took just under 2 hrs, everything seemed well done, rep (didn’t get his name) was very nice, friendly, efficient. Can’t ask for much more.

My review of the Ira Toyota in Danvers

When I called and told him I had a problem they took me in a timely manner ….they were very knowledgeable about my coverage i.e. warranty …we had to wait for a part but I’m still satisfied as far as when I got the car back. …. When I went to pick up the car the service person Chris was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of all my questions and problems

Service was not done

Brought car in for oil change. Oil still dark doesn't look like it was changed. Washer fluid not filled. Car not washed. Other regular checks not sure if done did not get receipt Printer was down.

Unhappy customer

Went there for an oil change and state inspection. The advisor recommended to change the side mark light bulb in order to pass the inspection. I declined the bulb replacement as it cost $25, I would replace the bulb myself. Turned out when I got my car back, and realized there was nothing wrong with all the light bulbs. Also the oil change sticker reminder has the incorrect mileage. It’s supposed to be the mileage when the car is due for oil change, they put the current mileage of the car. Do not happy with the service at all as I was waiting at the dealership for 3 hours !!!
