Just in for 25k service today. Easily made appt online. Curran was efficient, polite, and attentive. Work was done in a timely manner. Always have good service here.

To bad customer takes care of car

Car was left with grease on hood fender door most likely steering wheel. Denise offered to clean it up, service advisor. very combative. I'm just a customer that wanted my car back the way it was when I brought it in. She had a problem with me complaining. Most likely won't be back. And will let others know. To bad because I like some of the other features of the dealership. Was also looking for a vehicle for my granddaughter not their now.

I found a car online they had on their lot.

I found a car online they had on their lot. I’m an out of state buyer. I asked them to run up the papers to buy and I noticed they raised the purchasing price higher by a couple of thousand dollars. Once I noticed what they did with the bait and switch they stopped returning my calls. Also, they changed the lighting of their pictures to make the cars look better than they are. Typical bait and switch.

Would have given a 0 star rating if I could. For a seemingly reputable business I was shocked that they are running a classic bait and switch scheme. Confirmed with their sales representative that a car I like was available twice. Drove to their business in heavy traffic on a Friday evening only to realize that the car had been sold. Wasted two hours for nothing.

NOT THE TYPICAL IRA SERVICE!

Normally I have been very pleased with my experience but they were unable to do my state inspection because the machinery could not read my front plate nor was my vehicle washed.

Great experience after a bad one elsewhere!

My lease on my 2019 RAV4 Hybrid was coming to an end in November, and with the difficulty in getting hybrids right now, I started my search early. I came to Ira after a terrible experience of “bait and switch” at another dealership, and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and easy the process was! My current car was appraised in about 20 minutes, I was given a very fair trade in value, and then I worked with Abdou to get my new vehicle ordered. He was friendly, quick, and efficient, and had my new car ordered for me in about 5 minutes (with a $500 completely refundable deposit). He told me my wait time was going to be about 3-6 months for the particular model and color I ordered, but the best news is someone else had ordered the exact same vehicle, and decided they didn’t want it - so 1.5 weeks later I drove home my brand new RAV4 Hybrid. Abdou was great, and I highly recommend him!

Good service!First time under 2 hours
