Watch out for add-on costs
Went for an oil and filter change and was told while paperwork was being written that a headlight was not working. I took the keys and showed that both high beam and low beam were fine. Then someone said, maybe it was the signal light — which was never even turned on! This is a pattern of unethical upsell I have experienced before with this dealer. Once, came in to replace one headlight and get car inspected and told that whole harness also had to be changed! Went to another Toyota dealership and they said: no need.

Service for my 2018 RAV4.
Brought my 2018 Rav 4 in for 30,000 mile check up and the service advisor Bruce was awesome. I had to leave the car because they had to order parts and Bruce had set up my rental and informed me that the part was covered under warranty. Then the tech who’s name was Paul T sent me a video of my front break pads that needed to be replaced and explained that the rotors needed to be resurfaced. He then went on to explain the struts that open and close my back hatch needed replacement. I was very pleased with the whole process from dropping off the rental car to picking up mine- it was done the very next morning with our issues. You need more people like Bruce and Paul. They are so helpful and they always make sure u get what u need. They fixed my car and offered a discount, they also offered a free rental as a was waiting for my car to get fixed.

A Fine Service Visit
I needed a 45k service, had a nail in a tire, problem with my reverse lights, and a state inspection (which previously failed because of the reverse lights). The service rep was up front with me about everything. I had planned to take a Lyft home vs waiting and was glad I did. The light issue ended up taking longer than the estimate to diagnose (which I kind of fight it would). The problem was discovered, new part is on order. I’ll get the part replaced and the inspection sticker next week. I’m content with the service.

Unhappy customer
Took 5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. There is just no excuse for that. I got the appointment the same day but would have preferred to come another day when they were not so busy. I was told it would take under 2 hours.

Long wait time for service
I waited for over two and a half hours for my 20K service after the tech said it would take about an hour to one hour and 15 minutes

Service was done quick, but was hoping that the car would have been washed after the service like they used to do just wishing they still did.

Free inspection Not free
I took my 2007 Camry hybrid in for an evaluation. They said the inspection would be free. As I suspected the big battery was failing. They tried to get me to pay for a new radiator and a flush of the inverter coolant. They could not tell me if they would be able to get me a big battery until I ordered it, and quoted me $5200 for it. I looked online where I saw the big battery was no longer available from Toyota. I declined the service as I might not be able to keep the car if I couldn’t find a big battery. They then charged me $175 for the free inspection.
