Had the displeasure of working with Sales Manager Michael Rebelo. He must've been personally offended by my offer as he immediately went on the defense and had an attitude saying “what do you even want to do here?” I explained my offer again and he scoffed and told me that wasn’t going to happen. He then said “I don’t want to upset you or you leave here upset”. Would have had said that if I was man? Probably not. Spoke down to me the entire time.

I was specific about what I wanted to pay for a Rav 4 limited. Michael clearly was not listening or did not know much about the Rav 4 price. He gave me the price of the highlander limited. Not sure how that worked out.

Quick and easy check on, with great service and price.They arranged my lift rides back and forth, to the mall. Lyft service was great too.

I waited over 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change after 2 hours I asked my advisor why so long he said he will call . I waited another 1/2 hour. When I asked again why so long he said they were backed up. I reminded him I was there at 6 am third customer and 11 customers already left before me how could it be backed up. He replied that’s all I can say. Spoke with manager asked why a call wasn’t made after an hour instead of me approaching him after 2 hours. He said sorry I’ll look into it . advisor was very dismissive and unapologetic!! then he said I need breaks Probably have to leave my car there for a week no thanks!!

Warranty service

Service needed for 2018 Avalon Hybrid
Service needed for check charging system light coming on when attempting to start car. Starting Battery was already replaced 2 months ago. Car was checked out and low battery on key fob was thought to have caused the issue. Battery in key fob replaced. Keeping my fingers crossed that this fixes this issue.
