Great and fast

went in for a scheduled oil change they informed me it would be about an hour and half ended up being only an hhour. informed me of other issues with my car and if I wanted them to take care. great experience no complaints.

Awesome place

i’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years now and never take my truck anywhere else. facilities are perfect and free coffee is a huge plus.

Last minute decision as my time during work week is tight; stopped into Ira Toyota Danvers for simple oil change, prompt, excellent service; definitely recommended, they also pointed out some minor maintenance issues which was a plus....and they didn’t try to upsell me, great service group!

Oil change

Took and hour and a half for an oil change despite having an appointment scheduled. I was a little frustrated with the process. Took too long

Normal 5k service.

I have been a customer here over 16 years most of the time they are ok. Of course they always try to upsell you work which is because the techs work on flat rate and the service advisors get paid on the hours they sell.This past visit I waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which is like an hours worth of work tops. Wish they were quicker getting customers done and on their way.

Quick and easy

Very user friendly service. More and more automation. Makes it faster but less personal and no explanation. I came back to pick up my car and everyone studiously avoided me.
