Oil change

I brought my car in for an oil change; I bought my car at the end of may as was told the first oil change would be free; I was charged for the oils change. the technician found the break fluid was contaminated; I felt this should be covered under the service warranty since it was in the car when I bought it. I was charged for the oil change, tire rotation, alignment, brake fluid. It was on Christmas eve and was told it would be 60-90 min; it was over 3 hours and I missed a family get together because of it. The found I needed an alignment which I had no issue paying for. I felt lied to about the oil change and bullied and pressured into having the other safety issues fixed that they found .

2021 Toyota Sienna

Sadik made the buying process so easy and less anxiety. Hamilton was great on the financial side. Always a great experience there. Toyota is the only brand I get and it's is the only place I deal with

Not the greatest service

I purchased a used car due to my car breaking down and I being in a emergency state. Otherwise I would have gone else where. The dealer was not informative at all , every question was answer with “idk, I’m just here to sell you a car “ I asked if they would be able to detail the car and fix the key box since it was broken . He said yes upon car pick up the car was still dirty and stained and the key box broken . They never communicate or answer their phones . I waited almost 2 weeks to receive my car . It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone here.

Great price and service every time!

I have been leasing from them for years now and the process is so easy and the price is the best I can find around. When I need a vehicle I just head straight to Ira Toyota and they take care of everything for me. Ernst is awesome!

Inspection sticker

Fast service, friendly people. Easy to deal with, no hassles. Comfortable relaxing waiting area and I like the complimentary beverages, although the coffee urns were pretty much empty. Other than that, excellent!

Our experience

Process was a little shaky... salesman had us test drive the wrong car.. then tried to sell us a car that was already sold. We purchased and did financing and were given a pick up date. I showed up to pickup and was told our salesperson was out sick. Another salesperson did take care of us and had the car ready the next day. Generally happy as everyone was pleasant, but was a little put off by these 2 hiccups.

New Lease

Aiman V was absolutely amazing to work with. He made our lease experience so worth while and quick as possible. We left beyond happy with our new RAV-4 and could not recommend working with Aiman enough. As long as Aiman is at IRA, we will always be customers.
