Great service, quality work and communication

I’ve originally leased my 2012 Toyota RAV4 from this dealership, ended up purchasing the car after the lease ended, and started servicing it at the small local shop. Now with 128K miles on I was back to change transmission oil. IRA Toyota mechanics did full complementary check, and replenished all the liquids. Great service and customer communication.

Not the greatest

I am absolutely horrified at my experience with here. I scheduled my apt for the 12 and I arrived at 11:45. My car was started till 3:45. There no apologies, no discount or offer for another car to use while they worked. Nor was there any explanation as to why my oil change was taking so long. After another hour they came out and told me they had to fix a belt and several filters and it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. After being there for five hours they said it was going to about 6 hundred dollars. That is not a couple hundred dollars. And being at this dealership for 5 hours for a simple oil change ridiculous. Especially when no one apologizes or offers any explanation

Great service

Bought a 2018 RAV4 XLE Hybrid. The sales rep John Arena was great! Very forthcoming with all the information we needed to have. Like most people, I usually hate shopping for a used car. This was actually a pleasant experience. At the last moment we noticed a dent on the car. John had it fixed as promised and it looked like new! I highly recommend Ira Toyota of Danvers.

Recall, repair and sticker inspection

I’m a repeat customer of the Danvers location because of the customer service I receive here when servicing our vehicles. This was our second service visit for our Tundra recall and Bruce our service advisor is always in communication with us. The entire process from scheduling to drop off, communication about the work being done and pick up is smooth. I highly recommend this location for service and repairs.

Repairs... staff is awesome

Mario P was thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Prices and rates were decent. Had two tires replaced, alignment and an oil change... took a little longer than I thought it should have though.

Replace broken conduit

I had a last minute repair to take care of before the Thanksgiving holiday. The folks took my car the morning after I found the issue and had it ready for pickup a day after. They went out of the way to find me a car rental so I had transportation during the downtime. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks for the help and quick repair.
