Oil change.
I had an appointment and it took two hours and 10 mins for an oil change. I could hear others around me complaining that they have been there for hours.

Frame replacement recall
My 2011 Tacoma was in for a frame replacement .once all the parts were on site and the service was complete the service department said that there was wheel stud and nut was broken and emergency brake was also broken. Plus the first time I went to put gas in the truck the filler cover fell off in my hand.my truck has about 700 miles from last service at that time there wasn’t any wrong so I very dissatisfied with the service

Went in for 10k service. They wrote that they rotated...
Went in for 10k service. They wrote that they rotated tires - they did not as I’ve hit my right tire and it has slight bump. Zero confidence that they changed oil and filter the right way. I checked oil level and it was low. I have free service the first two years but still, I will not be going back. Very disappointed to say the least.

First service on my new Tacoma
Had my first service on my new Tacoma after buying elsewhere. I was treated great, and everything went well. The waiting room seemed clean and had two TVs and wifi available. Great job, I’ll definitely be back in 5000 miles.

Recall repair
No sanitizer in service advisor station while talking with advisor. Advisor was behind plastic with mask below nose. Rubs nose with hands, completes documents and uses nose hand to pass pen to customer. Customer needed to go into sales office to get sanitizer. Advisor recognizes customer car needs inspection sticker and customer agrees to inspection. Upon picking up car, advisor failed to pass on inspection to service and service was not performed.

I apologize for any concern. We have several large sanitizer dispensers prominently located throughout the dealership. All employees are required to properly wear masks and we'll continue to reinforce this policy with the staff. RAV4 SERVICE
Had 85k service on wife's 2024 RAV. Pleased with service and price but with one small glitch. Tire inflation warning light is now on. This should have been noticed before car left the shop.
