I was very impressed with the purchasing of my new vehicle. I am very disappointed with how the delivery of my vehicle went. No one has gone over my vehicle or has set anything up. I’ve called twice to ask for a call back and have not received one.

Took for ever !!!! Just for an oil change and tire rotation ... disappointed .. took 3 hours !!!!! Never had to wait this long in any dealerships !!!!!!

A simple oil change had to wait two hours.
A simple oil change had to wait two hours. There were not a large number of customers but waited a very long time. It’s good that there is a station for charging mobile phones, but several charging cables are broken. I still couldn’t charge my phone.

They took care of everything! Steve Mahan is great and very responsive/attentive. Made the experience of getting my car (which was off the road for months and needed a TON of work) as streamlined and efficient as possible. I’ll definitely be back!

Oil change
The person that helped me was very good. Oil change was quick and easy. However they always mention that there is a car wash when you get some service done. This is the third time without a car wash. Other than that good quality service.
