Worst place ever.bait and switch tactics. Will never buy...

Worst place ever.bait and switch tactics. Will never buy from them again . my daughter went to purchase a ford focus and they had " problems" with the title. They then offered her a Nissan....which was more money than she wanted to spend.....what a surprise so she goes to pick up the car and it won't pass inspection..... So they lend her a car.....with no gas in it customer service. Really?????? And she paid cash for it...these people are pethetic!

Under staffed from virus but hard working staff

The store was understaffed because of Corona Virus, but the staff there worked hard to make my purchase as smooth as possible. Some staff members were doing the jobs of multiple people.

New lease

Mike Mottolo was amazing. He had all the paperwork ready and made everything very very easy. I have told all my friends and family about Mike and his team at Ira. Also he was a great guy to talk with.
