Bruce Brewer of Ira Toyota was very helpful and courteous. He reviewed with me what Service needed to be performed, wrote down all of my questions and concerns and then called me when the service work was completed. He gave me a review of all the work that was done.I always enjoy working with Bruce when I go into the service department.

Great job as always

I've been going to IRA toyota for years and have never had any complaints. Service is great. Service waiting area has quiet room where I can do work.

Service on my 4 Runner

Great - I had scheduled my 12 month service for my 4Runner - was advised of factory recalls , change fluids and got my MA inspection done - worked while I waited and had breakfast and coffee - overall was very satisfied.

Had an appointment at 6am got right in and waited about an hour and out I went. Regular Toyota care service for this vehicle. Not much else to say

Ending lease ended

I was very satisfied with my new lease with my 2020 corolla. I was very happy with my 2017 corolla lease which just ended so I got another one

10,000 maintenance

Very satisfied would never go to another dealership. This is my 15th car from Ira why change when I feel like part of the family. Where else would your salesperson make a point of saying hello and using our names. Shot out to Sadek.

Three hour repair

Steve was great and because they found that the water pump was leaving and I needed new tires They paid for a rental for me to use for the day which I really appreciated. When I got home I noticed I was overcharged $20. Steve said to come by this week and they would refund my money. Can’t say anything bad about them except 4 years ago when buying a car we couldn’t make a deal and had to go to another Toyota but I love their service department and waiting area.
