Bruce Brewer of Ira Toyota was very helpful and courteous. He reviewed with me what Service needed to be performed, wrote down all of my questions and concerns and then called me when the service work was completed. He gave me a review of all the work that was done.I always enjoy working with Bruce when I go into the service department.

Service on my 4 Runner
Great - I had scheduled my 12 month service for my 4Runner - was advised of factory recalls , change fluids and got my MA inspection done - worked while I waited and had breakfast and coffee - overall was very satisfied.

Three hour repair
Steve was great and because they found that the water pump was leaving and I needed new tires They paid for a rental for me to use for the day which I really appreciated. When I got home I noticed I was overcharged $20. Steve said to come by this week and they would refund my money. Can’t say anything bad about them except 4 years ago when buying a car we couldn’t make a deal and had to go to another Toyota but I love their service department and waiting area.
