Good experience
Met with James the salesperson, he was friendly and not pushy! I had a candid conversation about buying the car. Downside of the experience was that great negotiation with a backroom sales manager :( I find that part of the process the worst part of the experience. James on the other hand was great!

Driving my new car off the lot in under 20 hours!
I had a great experience working with salesperson Aiman Varoque. I had been to other Toyota dealers in the area but did not receive the prompt attention that Aiman gave. I knew what I wanted and Aiman help me get it! I went in at 8:30pm on a Thursday and picked up the car on Friday at 4:30pm. New registration and financing were all set with the help of Brandon! I would recommend this dealership!

Talked the talk
Never answered my questions regarding their "more similar vehicles available" as to what exactly those were...in fact no one that I contacted? ever did really answer my questions regarding the cars they offered. Since I would have had to drive at least 60 miles to see what they had it was a non-starter. Bought a new truck there 30 yes ago and was a better experience.

Very bad Experience
I have been having a very bad experience. With Ira Toyota in Danvers. I took my car for a repair and it was damaged in his parking lot. They fixed my car, but I have not solved the charge made by Enterprise for 2,600 Dollars. Even one of the managers called me to tell me that I could fix things better with Enterprise. All this happened because they did not pay in time that of the rented car. I have a month with this problem and nobody wants to take responsibility. I would never go back to that place. Very poor service

Bad AC non-fix costing me down the line
Purchased new 2012 Tundra Feb 2012. Experienced low AC output in 2014 and then no AC and at start of summer of 2015 so I brought it in for service. At no charge they recharged AC and that didn't work, then recharged it again and put dye in system for testing. I came back with nothing showing from test but AC was working so we left it at that?manager said it any problems come back. 2015 low AC output again and now start of summer of 2016 no AC at all. Ira Toyota didn't fix the original problem and now I'm stuck paying for it every two years ($210 cost) it looks like. I argued this with manager and he said it's not Ira's problem but my thoughts are they never fixed the problem earlier in the trucks life, whether I was charged or not, now they are just moving it out a year or more so it becomes my problem. Plus the time I spent coming in and back and forth to fix the original problem is a cost. I would recommending buying but not servicing at Ira Toyota. The current service manager doesn?t listen and says things to set you off such as it?s not ours and it?s now 2017. This is pushing out a Ira Toyota problem so that it becomes yours. It should have been fixed from the time and effort we all spent early in the truck?s life and Ira Toyota should take responsibility for it. I?ll service my AC somewhere else plus that group will get all my other work.

Bob, I'm sorry you continue to have issues with the A/C on your 2012 Tundra. We have not seen you in service for quite some time, and when I checked the records we have made several recommendations to solve this problem which you have declined. I understand your frustration, however, we performed a free A/C charge once on your vehicle and now that the vehicle is 5 years old and you have chosen to service it elsewhere for the past 5 years, we can no longer continue to do free work for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. I would also be happy to forward our recommendations to whichever service facility or mechanic you have been using for the past 5 years. Charles B. Rocha, III General Manager W:978-739-3718 crocha@iramotorgroup.com
great without an appointment
I came in for a 15000 mile service. I had no appointment and it was on a Saturday morning. The wait was not unreasonably and the service was great.
