JC was great!

I recently leased my first car at Toyota through JC. He was incredibly helpful and got me the best deal possible. My favorite thing about working with JC was that he always had my best interest in mind. I ended up walking out of Toyota feeling like I got the best deal possible, and the car I wanted.

Excellence!!!

First of all this gentleman deserves recognition for what he does. Its not an easy job shopping for a new car but what JC brings to the table is def one of the most memorable experience I've ever had with a salesman. Great, guy, has a warm heart and above all knows how to address a person. Great job JC keep up the good work.

Very Positive

My wife and I have been buying used cars from private parties for many years, because our experience with dealerships was so unpleasant. So we were fairly hesitant about going to Ira to lease a new Sienna. We did our research, knew what we wanted, and went prepared to fight. As it turns out, we were worried for nothing. Ernst Jacques was super friendly, super helpful, and absolutely respectful of our budget and our brains. No high pressure, no obvious tactics, just going through the numbers with us, explaining things as we went, and with very little fuss, we left happy with our lease, our price, and our trade. Have every intention of going back when it's time to do it all over again.

Make sure you get what is agreed upon before taking delivery

We have bought two Toyotas from IRA. One new in 2007 and one used in 2014. We thought their practices might have changed after becoming part of Group1 but that seems not to be the case. The made a mistake on the registry of my used car and said that would pay the difference but now won't. Make sure you get everything they promise before leaving as you probably won't get it after. I will not deal with them again.

Well beyond expectations!

JC went out of his way to make my first time car buying experience a pleasant one! I did most of the negotiation over the phone so when I got into the dealership, I knew exactly where I stood. The moment I got to Ira Toyota, I was treated very well. The whole experience was very stress-free and all the people I spoke with were professional and welcoming. JC was well prepared for my visit, provided excellent explanations, and the paperwork went quickly. JC was brilliant, understanding, caring and was so easy to work with. His knowledge of the product and ability to demonstrate all the features was very helpful. I don't have the right words to describe how HAPPY I was with JC's service. He provided me with A+++++++ service. You've got a life long customer in me, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend JC to anyone looking to purchase a car. I am very grateful that JC helped me in all ways possible to buy my first car! Thanks so much!

A Family in Lynn, Ma is happy thanks to JC Bernabel!

After expending my over 20 years of driving history in US, dealing with mechanic and fixing all cars, I decided to visit a dealership. My first stop was at a Toyota dealer located in Lynn,MA... The intention of this feedback is not to talk about this dealership in particular, but to make a long story short, I walked away driving the same old car and no commitment from either part!... Anyways, I decided to continue my search, and while driving called Ira Toyota in Danvers, MA. The lady transferred me to the sales department where I had a phone conversation with JC, who told me to drive carefully that he will have everything ready for me ( right there, a caring situation was created- which engage me into: I want to meet this guy and see what they have to offer me)! And honestly, I am so happy we did. Best customer service experience in years! I am so happy I am driving my 2014 RAV4 with a 0% APR and best affordable monthly payment ever! Thanks JC Bernabel!
