Ira Toyota of Danvers

Ricky was our sales guy. Since this was our 6 Toyota, 4 previously from Ira, this was by far the best experience ever. Ricky worked hard for our deal, and our needs, while also handling a glitch with our registration at no fault of his and without a bunch of BS. Of most importance was the delivery of our new vehicle. Ricky made sure he reviewed all the aspects of the car, took a lot of time with me, and ensured our vehicle was ready to go. Ricky, even took a trip with us on the test drive over to the unmentioned "H" dealer to pick up our registration we had left behind when test driving the comparable vehicle without any hesitation for such an unusual request. It is not everyday a sales rep will go with you on a test drive to the competitor! Ricky made the best offer for us, with the best vehicle. Will recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!! The follow up phone call was also sincere and a nice touch. Have never had that with any vehicle we have previously purchased!

I would have to say that this dealership in general was a great experience! Not only was Ricky extremely nice, but everyone I came across in the dealership was very nice and outgoing, making sure my needs were attended to. Ricky was a big help in answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable and I can't thank him enough for making this the best car buying experience!

Even though I already wrote a review, I felt as though I should add to my first review. I was very pleased when I returned to Ira to pick up my registration for my new car. I had worked all day and was very tired. I thought that I would be there forever waiting for my inspection but to my great fortune, Ricky Arora saw me the minute I walked up to the reception desk. He immediately came over to me, took my keys, ghave me a ticket for coffee and went out in the pouring rain, took my car to be inspected and returned it to me in approx 20 minutes. I don't believe you can get any better service than that anywhere else. I highly reccomend Ira Toyota and especially Ricky Arora if you are looking for excellent, courteous, caring service. I would not hesitate to go back there for my next car!! Thanks again Ricky!!

I bought a pre-owned Camry Hybrid from IRA and the service was very solid. Mark was a no-b.s., very honest salesman and the transaction was a relatively quick and painless one. The previous owners of the car didn't return the navigation DVD but Mark made sure that another one was ordered for me quickly. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Mark to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

This was the first toyota I have purchased and the service I recieved there could not have been found anywhere else. My salesperson worked with me to help me get a great deal on a great vechicle. He answered each of my questions in depth and throughly, and made my decision easier. I give toyota such a great rating becuase they will work with you to comprimise your needs and make you feel comfortable when buying your new car, which you may not find at other dealerships. I will definatly be buying my future cars from toyota and will refere them to my friends and family.

This is my 3rd Rav 4. I have purchased all 3 at Ira. I feel that the price was fair and I just love my car. Ricky Arora was excellent on the day that I received my car and I was pleasantly surprised when he went the extra mile to get my remote car starter installed before I took the car. My time is valuable and to return would hve been an inconvenience. This all made up for the extra wait for the car's delivery which was supposed to come in 7- 10 days but didn't arrive for 4 weeks. Anyway, Ricky made up for the wait by being so accomodating on the delivery day. I would not hesitate to buy from Ira again. Between my husband and myself, we have purchased 3 Rav 4s and 2 Tacomas from Ira. I highly recommend Ira to all my friends & family. Thanks again Ricky for all that you did! Julie M Bubar

We are very satisfied with our experience at Ira Toyota. Our salesman, Ricky Arora, was honest, professional, and willing to work with us to get the car and price we wanted. Ricky offered us beverages, made us feel comfortable and never put any pressure on us. He heard our needs and concerns and responded quickly and appropriately. Signing the paperwork with Mike was also a great experience. The car was delivered on the day and at the time promised and I was given a full overview of the car. Ricky also gave me a full tour of the service department and made sure I had all the information I needed. We traded a Scion for a Prius, and the trade-in process was also seamless and the dealership was very honest with trade-in values and how that worked into our new lease.
