We are very satisfied with our experience at Ira Toyota. Our salesman, Ricky Arora, was honest, professional, and willing to work with us to get the car and price we wanted. Ricky offered us beverages, made us feel comfortable and never put any pressure on us. He heard our needs and concerns and responded quickly and appropriately. Signing the paperwork with Mike was also a great experience. The car was delivered on the day and at the time promised and I was given a full overview of the car. Ricky also gave me a full tour of the service department and made sure I had all the information I needed. We traded a Scion for a Prius, and the trade-in process was also seamless and the dealership was very honest with trade-in values and how that worked into our new lease. It is without hesitation I would recommend Ira Toyota to any prospective buyers. I especially recommend Ricky Arora to be your salesman! He is a top-notch professional whose caring for his customers is clear and genuine. Thanks Ricky and Ira Toyota!

Ricky was extremely helpful when we first arrived and he made us feel comfortable. He answered all of our questions and he showed us the departments that we may need to use in the future. The car was ready for pick up as he assured us it would be. Everything was in great condition, car starter was installed and overall it was a great experience. I would recommend Toyota, especially Ricky, to anyone and feel confident that their expectations would be met as mine were. Thank you very much! James Browne

Walter was Very helpful in the disposition of our trade in as well as the processing of the purchase we made. We were able to leave the same day with our puchase in a large part becouse he was very involved in the preperation of the truck, the paint was touched up in such a mannor that it appeared as a new vehicle would. No scratches. Due to the amount of time that we were at the delership, with my 6 year old grandson, there was plenty of time for things to have felt cumbersom. Walter, when he could see we were serious about the purchase imediately fired up the popcorn machine in the wating area, turned on the cartoons for my grandson ( and truth be told for me. I used to watch these same cartoons when I was his age !!!!!). He made sure we had refreshment in the way of popcorn and bottled water ( there was never a bottle with less than 1/4 full at our sides throughout the 6 1/2 hours from arriveng and finally leaving with the truck! ) After taking the truck home I realized that the front mats were missing. I called Walter and told him. He told me to see him about this when I come in to get the new inspection sticker on the truck. I did and he spoke with his manager about the problem. We then went to the parts department with an order form for new mats at no cost to me. My wife and I have purchased two new vehicles from Ira Toyota since 2002 and have always been happy with the treatment that we received on both occassions. Walter Vogil epitimised the kind of care and thought for the customer that we have found in the past. No, I think he surpassed our previous experience.

On Monday, March 22, 2010 we set out to look for a new car. We visited many dealerships along Route 114 in Danvers. We pulled into the Ira lot and were immediately greeted by a salesman by the name of Ricky Arora. From that point on, we were treated with professionalism. Every aspect of the transaction was explained in detail. We have purchased many new cars in the past, but the experience was never so easy. All questions were answered satisfactory and our requests were met. Again, we would like to thank Mr. Arora for his help.

I walked in and was greeted promptly. I told Ricky my situation and he got right to helping me look at the car (corolla) I wanted to look at. He was very honest, upfront, and personable. He let me tell him what I wanted and went with that. He never pushed me towards looking at a different car. I was even given another a Toyota Highlander to drive home while my car was getting ready. When I am ready to buy my next vehicle, he will be the first person I call. I am very satisfied with my car and my overall experience at Ira Toyota.

I went to IRA with a terrible lease that I was looking to get out of and was expecting to have to downgrade my FJ Cruiser to a lower level pick up truck. I met with Ricky Arora, he took great special care of me and made me feel special and hooked my up with a special TRD Rock Warrior Tundra. My payments only went up by $50 more per month and instead of down grading I got the Pick up Truck of my DREAMS!!!! It is beautiful and is all black with incredible tires and rims. Both Ricky and Dave went to battle for me Ricky got me an incredible APR and Dave jumped through hoops to get me the financing that I so desperately needed to make my Dream truck a reality. Today every time I'm in my Tundra I'm as happy as can be weather I'm cruising the roads, sitting in traffic, driving through rain and puddles or dealing with New England snow this truck is amazing and suites me in every way. I will never purchase another car from anyone else other then Ricky Arora, he earned my trust and respect. He got me out of a terrible leasing situation and into a great financing situation where i will build positive equity, oh and by the way drive and amazing truck while I'm doing it. I just went to look for cars to buy not thinking I would...
I just went to look for cars to buy not thinking I would find one that night. I really wanted a Scion but I didn't have enough money and Mark found another car with almost the same qualities and uniqueness. I've never heard of the Toyota Matrix and I'm glad he showed me because I love this car. Scions are still my favorite but this is pretty good too.

Excellent in all categories. Great followup of my questions. Good demonstration of all features of the 2010 Toyota RAV4 Limited auto we purchased. In particular, gave a demo of using the RAV4's blu-tooth phone installation. I travelled 90 miles from Blackstone, MA to Daanvers, MA for my purchase, which was worth the trip. I would recommend Ricky Aurora to be the dealer to go to all my friends and relatives.

We were looking for a used 4Runner, and had a price point...
We were looking for a used 4Runner, and had a price point in mind. Mark Aubuchon showed us a few that he had, but none fit the bill (so to speak). We returned several days later, and lo and behold, one of them was a "Manager's Special" -- a significant savings off the original. We negotiated with Mark -- a very easy negotiation, we didn't have to talk to any tough-sales-managers -- and ended up very happy with the deal. Beyond that, Mark personally worked very hard to accommodate some special requests, finding matching parts of some broken items, calling third-party vendors, and checking up on our satisfaction twice so far. The only negative thing I have to say about the dealer is that it requires its sales people to interview any prospective client in depth (at least a 10-15 minute procedure, complete with paperwork) about their needs and even their financing plans, even if they come in with a particular vehicle model in mind. This apparently must be done before they show any vehicles. We went through the procedure first in the used car department, then again in the new car department. It was unnecessarily time-consuming and a little irritating. At any rate, Mark is very knowledgable about the vehicles, appearing to be other employees' go-to guy for information. He is very easy-going, no pressure, super accommodating. He truly wants his customers to be happy. We feel as if we got a great car at a great price, and that Mark was looking out for us.
