While visiting in MA we needed to replace a vehicle. My sister had worked with Ira of Danvers in '08 and highly recommended them. We looked on-line at both new and used. Called internet sales and the gentleman suggested looking at the '10 Camry with 0% interest for 5 years and gave us a price. Drove to Danvers and worked with Ricky. Very helpful. Since we lived out of state, we worked with David to get the paperwork done. Both were very helpful.

The salesman Gezehagne Alemun was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He made the whole experience a pleasure and relaxed atmospher. He arranged for several vehicles to be available for the test drive and allowed us plenty of time on the road to make the decision on the best vehicle for us. I would highly recommend him and his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Tom and Kastro were very good to deal with during negotiations on our second lease of a Corolla. Tom even delivered our car to our home when we could not make it in during a storm. Everything was taken care of by the folks at Ira including plates and great service during the delivery.

Luis Hernandez was polite, knowledgable and hard working. Our sale was faster than we expected and we thought the price fair. To get to that price we negotiated with Luis and the General Manager and the discussion was comfortable and relaxed. The car will be ready the day after tomorrow, another plus.

This salesman was very polite. We had to change the ownership from a Corporation to a private owner. This created multiple telephone calls involving the salesman. He always answered promptly and efficiently. He explained the functions of the car in a detailed manner.

We love Ricky. he was a great saleman. He was courteous, friendly and easy to get along with. I went with my son. He showed my son great respect. He made my son feel very comfortable. He ket ny son pick out the car he liked and did not push him in any way. My son really appreciated it.

12/08/09 I purchased a 08 camry last weekend. I worked with Walter Vogel and he made it an easy,smooth, pain free process and I am a person who hates buying cars. He was very friendly and informative. He helped me with all my needs and I was in and out very quikly. I got a good deal and a great car. I would recomend anyone to shop here.
