Ira Toyota in Danvers is top notch. The service manager was very thorough, the mechanic sent me a video of all the things that needed attention,awesome service. All parts in stocks, out the door by the end of the day. Great job. Christopher B

2021 4Runner, 35k mile service.

2021 4Runner, 35k mile service. No issues with the service itself and pleased to receive a free Lyft home and back to the dealer. I asked service advisor about a corrosion issue on my tailgate and was told the service manager would inspect it, this never happened. Rather, I was instructed to take it over to the collision center without an appointment and see if they would look at it. I didn’t not do this as it didn’t seem like the proper protocol. There is also a small scratch on the rear bumper which I hadn’t noticed before service. I hand was my car resells so I am aware of all imperfections. I believe this happened during the service.

I just leased a RAV4 prime plug-in at Ira Toyota of Danvers. Sales Clint Yang did a good job of introducing the car. Highly recommend! In particular, he can speak Mandarin.

Excellent. I’ve come to trust this dealer and service representative Alpesh Patel to be honest and not trying to sell unnecessary services and do a great job always. Even after moving away from Danvers, MA, area, now I drive an hour to come to this dealer for my service needs. Highly recommend.
