Horrible experience

I took my car to get one rin and a tire fix, and the company that was working on my car hit one of the doors and then they tried to fix it withou my consent. The door didn't look good so they call me and told about the accident after they tried to fix it . when I get there the people at the service center told me that they wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage , and that the company that was working on the car had to pay for the damages. The car was in the dealer lot and in their possession , it wasn't in my possession for me to deal with the company that works for them. They are so unprofessionals.

Great cars and great people!

We have been going to Kelly for 10+ years and after 5 cars still look forward to going back! My 2013 Rogue is up in March and can't wait to get the next one!

Oil change and other services

Jack Tutty was great per usual. However my service tech did not clean the smear marks on the passenger window which was stated that he completed. And the custom wash was not performed because it was no longer a "new car" definitely the worst service I had done on my car. Jack, keep up the good work.

EXCELLENT

Well, I feel so grateful and blessed for the service that I received in Nissan by Mr. Ragusa. He was very friendly and gentle with me. I came by myself- a lady, middle age lady,- for be honest, I was a little nervious, but I have a lot of Faith that My Lord will provide the perfect person for me to help me with honesty and kindness even I know that it is a business I believe that Good people can do Honest business. Mr. Ragusa is a Wonderful person and a Great business man=Perfect Combination. Thank you for your help.

Excellent, friendly service

Corey was the right combination of helpful, knowledgable, professional, and persistent. He was a huge reason why we ended up going with Nissan. Even when he thought he had lost the sale, he was a pro, staying positive and helpful. He represents Nissan well.

Really helpful

They helped me to understand leasing and made sure I was happy with everything.they even added a remote start for free. They were very quick. I signed a lease for my nissan rogue Sunday night and was driving my new car Monday afternoon.

Great service

The whole team at kelly nissan is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and needed to get a noise on my car checked. The whole process took about 40 minutes and they ordered my parts for me. I dealt with Roy and he did a great job.
