Tuve la peor experiencia en un dealer de carros en 20 años que llevo en EE.UU depues de negociar un lease con el vendedor y cuando estábamos llegando a un acuerdo con el vendedor el cual fue muy amable y exelente persona salio el Gerente trato de presionarme para firmar el contrato al cual yo estaba pidiendo mi ultima rebaja este se enojo me trato mal y rompio el contrato en mi cara tiro los papeles al frente mio y uso un vocabulario poco agradable No recomindo este dealer

Personally Kelly Honda is awesome. We asked not to spend a lot of time at the dealership. We wanted quick and efficient, after bumping into Mr. Wendt he made sure the process of a new car was streamlined. Wow! Dans hospitality was unmatched to any car dealer we have ever dealt with. We are thankful and will shop Kelly dealers until there is a reason not to.

Amy was a pleasure to work with. She made the whole car buying process very smooth. She worked for me and negotiated a price that I was very happy with. In addition, I met with Ryn the Finance Manager. He took care of me and gave me great deals on the warranties I purchased. He didn't pressure me at all and worked with me to get me the best deals. recently, while in the market for a vehicle, Kelly Honda had a used preowned vehicle, that I went to look at. The vehicle was the best priced one and a radius near my home. After making an appointment I went there and the vehicle was washed and out front waiting for me to view it. I was working with Dan Wendt, who showed me the car and looked at my trade. He was personable and professional from start to finish. Having far different experiences over the years I was pleasantly surprised . The pre owned vehicle was missing a few must have options for me and sadly ended up having to purchase a vehicle at an another dealership. After my experience I have sent several referrals both friend and family to see Dan Wendt and all have have ended up buying cars and sending me thank you texts and calls about how great they were treated both by Dan and the Kelly dealership staff from start to finish. In the future I will be getting a new vehicle and hope to return !
