The customer service representative was very polite
He was very professional and able to communicate effectively. I did not like the fact that my car was not washed. The other time I was told that my car will be vacuumed and they fail yo do if as well.

Easy fast and professional service
Sat. AM, line of cars in the service area. Brought a book realizing there might be a long wait. I was in and out in 90 minutes. Left Honda site on Lynn Way full of, appreciation for the Honda associates who accomplished required service promptly. Thank you.

I would recommend Kelly Honda
always quick service , without an appointment. Friendly and helpful. Always run through car wash, which is a nice touch! The salesman who sold me the car was great too, He gave me a coupon book to use and so far with every service visit I have been able to save.

Service oil change and inspection sticker
Everyone was courteous and was kept informed by Katherine J of the issues they found with my CRV. Will be returning this week to have the issues repaired. This is my third Kelly Honda and have always found the customer service excellent.

2nd time
Took it in for AC problems. First time they said it was fixed, it wasn't. Took it in a second time, it's still not fixed. Now have to go back a third time.
