Michael Comer did an outstanding job of resolving the Lexus app issue with not finding or connecting to my car after I upgraded to a new IPhone. He was patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was familiar with ALL the electronics and Car Play my car has available. Amazing job!

Recent purchase of a new $68,000.

Recent purchase of a new $68,000.00 Lexus extreemly frustrating. Finance, Dan, and Technology, Mike were exceptional. Service on our 2013 Lexus has been good. Buying and picking up this new Lexus SUV couldn't have been more aggravating. Also the hype of Costco discount was non-existent.

I want to share the fantastic experience we had while purchasing our new Lexus GX from Lexus of Naperville. The entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to our sales consultant, Dylan, who was incredibly patient and thorough during our introduction to the GX. They took the time to explain all the technical aspects of the vehicle, ensuring we felt confident and well informed about our new purchase. We absolutely love our new Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should,

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about everyone that helped me. Everything went so smooth, from the paperwork, to the explanation of everything, to the time it took to get everything handled. Honestly, everything went perfectly. Every single person I interacted with at Lexus Naperville was so kind and helpful. They also really know their stuff. I asked a million questions about the car I wanted and the packages I was interested in and they were able to answer all my questions with ease. Everything was explained to me very well. I'm really glad I got them. I have with all my cars and trust me, they make the difference. Very worth it. I want to thank Kamil, Gabby, Ben and AP. If there is anyone I forgot I'm so sorry! I'm so grateful to each of them! Truly truly made the experience easy, completely stress free and I really did feel like I was in good hands. Oh also, the car I got was a used car. You wouldn't know it though. It is very clean, has no odor, and is GORGEOUS. I.LOVE.THIS.CAR. It's so fun to drive and I feel safe in it. Thank you so much!!

Cindy helped get me the prompt service I needed and kept

Cindy helped get me the prompt service I needed and kept me informed as work was done. She was not there for my pickup but arranged for Jeff to assist, he was also excellent . Then the “icing on the cake” !,,ll Michael your Teck Guru patiently helped me to understand my dear Lexi so much better. Now over 100,000 miles and I feel I am driving a New car.
