I was interested in a used Jeep Wrangler to purchase as an additional family car that would primarily be used by my teenage sons. I contacted the dealer (initially through their website) after seeing a particular vehicle in their used car inventory. Early the next day, I received an email from the Assistant Manager (Robin Zachary), who I called and arranged a visit later that day. I was then set up with an excellent salesperson (Scott Sharrow) who was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I took a test drive of the car on a private test track and in the street, and one of my sons also took a test drive. I ended up purchasing the car that day, shortly before the dealer's closing time, with a very competitive price. I was contacted afterwards by email by another Manager (Andrew Farraher). The entire experience was excellent, with no high-pressure selling, and friendly assistance. This is a very high quality dealership and I would return any time to purchase a new or used car.

Worked with us every step of the way in choosing the right vehicle for us.After the sale he spent a great deal of time setting up the vehicle and showing us the technical workings of the car. Before we left with our car he told us to call him with any questions we had in the future.He was a pleasure to work with and made buying a car a great experience. Tony in finance was great in pointing out the fine print in our direct loan.He was very helpful in answering all of our questions.

I was having problems with my navagational settings not working as I had expected. After reading manual and trying various things I went to dealership. The tech rep at Lexus Violet knew immediately what the setting issue was and corrected it. Additionally, she spent rhe next half hour walking me through and explaining carious other settings. She was really knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I was utilizing the advanced features to their fullest potential. Great customer service. Thanks Violet...
