Lexus of Naperville

I have purchased four vehicles from Lexus of Naperville in the last 12 years. I Always have a good experience with purchasing and with service. They are never pushy and go out of their way to find what you want. This time, in particular, I was choosey about both interior and exterior colors and Sal made it happen. I love my new NX350.

What I liked and appreciated the most was how knowledgeable Monse was regarding the vehicle. That helped me feel more confident in my purchasing decision. She also made sure I knew how everything worked before I drove away.

Dan was absolutely wonderful to work with. Outstanding communication, service and follow-up. It just enhanced the experience of owning a Lexus. And the bow....:)

They are charging 8-10k over MSRP. I brought that information to Anthony Logino and explained that Lexus's website MSRP is 53k and they’re saying Lexus Naperville's MSRP is 58k all he can say is that it’s because of an inventory issue. Was not able to help but suggest to go kick sand 😢.
