Good Experience

After several week of calls the ussue with disposition fee was fixed, so I would like to remove my previous review however there is no such option to recall review on this web site. Nick is a good proffessional and very friendly person.

Customer Service Recovery

Mr. Brian Matthews the Service Manager successfully turned around a disappointed customer. Where good customer service failed, Mr Matthews stepped up to an elevated task of customer service recovery. We have a lot of dealerships to choose the "good product" from and he knows that, no matter how good your product is, good customer service needs to be at the heart of the business! I will look forward to my next visit.

I have been going to Herb Chambers Lexus for more than 18 years, ever since I purchased or sometimes leased my first ES, then 3 RX’s and finally a pre-owned SC 430. Always have a professional & excellent experience with Herb Chambers. Why? Because they actually listen to our needs and help me, they do not sell me. Started with Spero whom just retired and most recently with Marc Vigor in Sales and Eric, Tina, Brian and the team in Service. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking into getting into the Lexus family and values fair prices, a huge selection and extremely professional treatment!

Excellent Service

I walked in with the expectations of buying a used car due to my credit history, and wanting to get into a used car without having high monthly payments. I walked out of there with the car of my dreams, with a reasonable amount of monthly payments. Hung Truong was the sales person who attended me, he was attentive to my what I was looking for and was did his best to help me get into a car. Sanjay Khairmode the finance manager worked really hard to make it happen and was able to get me into a beautiful car with all of the amenities I was hoping for. Never in a million years did I think they could make it happen...But they DID! I am one lucky lady and an owner of a Lexus ES350!

Rene at Herb Chambers

After going to many dealerships and test driving quite a few cars we came to Herb Chambers and met Rene. Every interaction from the moment we met him was genuine and positive, we knew we were done looking and would find our car here. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our car, but even more so with the service we received and continue to receive here. I would recommend to anyone to go see Rene at the Lexus in Sharon!

Excellent customer service!

Everything about the purchase of our car was nothing but positive. Thank you to Rene Lapaz for asssiting us during this process, he really made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Which is not something we had experienced at any of the other dealerships we had been to and that is why we bought here with herb chambers.

The best experience I ever had a dealership.

I had a great experience at Herb Chambers of Sharon. They have an amazing staff who are very pleasant. They worked with me and made me feel part of the family. I highly recommend it to anyone who is ready for their next or first car, used or brand new. The sales person will give you many options that fit your budget, yourself and most important your family. Theh also have an awesome sales crew, that will make it possible even when have doubts of getting a loan approve. There's is other many other good things to mention, but I feel like I will never finish. If you hunting for a car go and experience it yourself. Thank you, Herb Chambers of Sharon.
