It was a pleasure working with Sam Li at Herb Chambers Lexus. A true gentleman and professional...no pressure and a credit to the sales team at Herb Chambers Lexus.

I am a first time Lexus owner and having someone like Sam Li helping me was great. He was very resourceful, friendly, generous, down to earth, etc and any other good word you can think of and I'm not just saying all of this to flatter him. He wasn't pushy or forceful to make me buy a car or in it for the sale, which I liked compared to other dealers I've dealt with before. I would definitely go back to him when the time comes for me to trade my car in and definitely recommend him to my family, friends and whoever that's looking to get a Lexus at this dealership. Overall, great experience and Sam is definitely a great guy to go! You won't be disappointed!

Was greeted the minute I walked into the door and instantly met with a salesperson. Sam Li was professional and courteous and knowledgeable of the entire line. There was no pressure and an extreme willingness to listen to what my needs where and offer me the vehicle tha best suited my requirements. In less than an hour I made a deal on a RX350 and drove it home that same evening. The dealership is open and clean and offers many amenities to it's clients, my favorite being the unlimited car washes for Lexus owners. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the brand overall....GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Our experience could not have been more positive with Robert Williams and Herb Chambers Lexus. We came in, unsure if we were ready, but after speaking with Robert and hearing all of the wonderful features Lexus has, we were sold. He is extremely knowledgeable and excited to share all of the bells and whistles Lexus puts in their vehicles. Robert went over everything and made sure we were comfortable with our vehicle choice. Our young children were with us and even they enjoyed being at Lexus and were made to feel part of the buying experience. Robert drove 70 miles on his morning off to deliver our vehicle in person and be sure we didn't have any questions. Everyone was welcoming, warm, and hospitable offering us something to drink and eat as we had a little trip to get to Sharon. Marc was super. No pressure, just explained everything we needed to know to make an informed decision. He was patient and made us feel relaxed as he made the process easy for us. As we were not prepared to drive a "new" car right off the lot, Marc helped us clean out the old car and made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely gentlemen and a pleasure to do business with. All in all, Herb Chambers Lexus, Sharon, Ma. is a beautiful place with fantastic people. Bought a new Lexus IS250...had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sam Li.....this salesman should be used as an example for all salesmen to imitate. He is an example of perfection on how to treat the customer, with honesty, patience, caring in thier needs,kindess, no big sales pitch, just a genuine wonderful man to work with. At no point did I ever feel pressured, intimadated (which some salesmen make you feel). He took his time to help me find a car perfect for me. I was there to buy a RX350, and then realizing it was out of my price range, he gently offered me to look at other options. We walked into Lexus of Sharon and Sam Li approached us with a smile and offered to help us. He explained everything in great detail, he was very honest, he made us feel comfortable, and most of all, he was not pushy at all. He really was a delight to work with. He took the time to explain all features in my new Lexus IS 250 and assisted in setting up my appt. for my registration and rear spoiler. I just purchased a 2010 RX350 which I absolutely love!! Sanjay Khairmode was our salesman. Sanjay was patient and truly listened to our needs and what we were looking for, Sanjay helped us find the exact truck we were looking for at the exact price we wanted to spend. Sanjay is a true gentleman. I would recommend Sanjay to anyone I know looking to purcahse a Lexus. I also think this particular dealership is one of the finest. Especially with Service.

Robert was extremely accommodating, even though every car we were interested in was sold before we could make a deal on it! He kept plugging until he found a car that made me happy. Though the showroom was supposed to close at 5:00; he and his associate stayed until 7:30, emptied my trade in (I was not expecting to take the car home that day!) in the pouring rain, showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car, and even programmed some phone numbers for me. He never stopped smiling and kept reassuring me that the time was not an issue! I would have loved to be able to buy the car for less than I paid, but honestly, I am loving every minute in it, so it was worth it!

Excellent help and serive from Sam Li. He walked us through the process well and we are glad we got to know him and after the sale he helped us with setting up Nav and customised the vehicle. Excellent service and a great dealership.
