Wow!

Wow! What an amazing experience! The team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge are the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about Dan in Service and Gary in the collision center! When all my local dealerships (2-1/2 hrs away) said no to helping me with my JL Corrosion warranty issue, Planet said yes!! It was more than worth the 5 hr round trip to have them fix my Jeep. They replaced all 4 doors, hood, tailgate AND windshield frame. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it only took 8 days!! Thank you Dan. Thank you Gary. And thanks to the entire team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!

Great experience at Planet Jeep.

Great experience at Planet Jeep. Questions answered over email before I came in and straight to the point negotiations. Grand Cherokee was warm and ready for me on a rainy day. My daughter will enjoy her Jeep for many years.

I recently had a fantastic experience emailing Planet

I recently had a fantastic experience emailing Planet Jeep Franklin regarding a vehicle I was interested in, and I'm thrilled with how smoothly the sale process went. Firstly, I received a prompt email response from their sales team, who were incredibly attentive and eager to assist. They provided detailed information about the car, including its features, history, and pricing. What impressed me most was their professionalism and transparency throughout our email exchanges. There were no hidden costs or surprises when I visited the dealership for a test drive. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the salesperson assigned to me took the time to address all my concerns and queries. The negotiation process was fair and respectful, with the sales team working diligently to find a deal that suited my budget and preferences. I highly recommend Planet Jeep Franklin for their excellent communication, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Emailing them was a breeze, and I'm delighted with my purchase and the overall buying experience.

I bought a vehicle here about 10 years ago and purchased

I bought a vehicle here about 10 years ago and purchased a lifetime warranty. The sales team was fair and the purchase was ok. It was used and needed brakes, oil change and a few other minor repairs. When I dealt with service they were terrible! Treated me like a dumb girl that didn’t know anything. Got the truck home and it was leaking oil. When I called I was told that sometimes happens. Two days later the brakes were rattling. Brought it back in to be told sometimes brake calipers loosen up on their own! Had my dad call and they denied that they ever said it and tried to blame it on me. Had two additional issues and then I moved to RI. Fast forward to now. I moved back to MA and they are the closest dealer and my bf used them and said they treat him well. Thought I would try them again when my starter went. (Also had a couple minor issues) Had it towed there and it took almost 4 weeks to get any information. They told me that they changed the starter and that it needed an O2 sensor. My O2 sensor was not covered under warranty and would cost $10-15k to fix. I told them it was covered and it should be under the deductible. They first tried to tell me it was not and I informed him I had the warranty paperwork and it is covered. He then tells me the car has 4 sensors and if it’s attached to the catalytic converter it’s not cover and I’d have to pay $20-15k to replace I’d as they MAY damage the cat to fix it. He told me he would make sure it was the O2 sensor connected to the cat. Two days later a tech calls to tell me it’s fixed and all check engine lights are off and it’s good to go. I asked about the sensor. He told me that he will go find the information and call me back but I needed to get it before close. No call back. I sent my stepdad down to pick it up because I was still working. they got there right before close and were told all check engine lights are off, sensor and starter were replaced and it was fixed. 2 miles down the road the check engine light is on again. Service was now closed. Called the next day to be told they didn’t fix the sensor because it would cost $10k to do it and was again talked to like I was an idiot. I asked for the service manager and he stood by his staff letting me know it may not cost that much but it would be an expensive fix. I told him my previous experience and that I felt like because I was a female I was getting taken advantage of again or that because Mopar discontinued the warranty that they sold me they didn’t want to fix it. His you response “You may have hit the nail on the head about your warranty” he offered to look at it again and fix the other two issues that were not repaired. I told him I wasn’t sure I trusted them at this point and did not feel like they want to deal with the vehicle. then he gave me the “well we aren’t the only dealership”. Ridiculous customer service and essentially had no interest in dealing with my vehicle. I opted to take it to a dealer I trust in RI. They had my truck fixed in less than a week and it was all covered under my warranty! Will never step foot in here again. My boyfriend even noticed the difference in the way they spoke with me versus him, not recommended to use service especially if you are female.

Prompt, courteous service each and every time I visit.

Prompt, courteous service each and every time I visit. Even though the location is a bit of a drive from my home it’s worth the effort due to exceptional customer service. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else.
