My usual experience at car dealerships is very hectic,...

My usual experience at car dealerships is very hectic, and salesman can be very annoying and pushy. But at Lexus of Orland, I've had the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. My dealer was very informative of all the details of the vehicle, and right away found us any discounts possible. I had been in an accident before purchasing the vehicle, and the dealer always asked how I was feeling, and to come in when I was ready to, never pushed me to come in sooner. He was great. Because the car I wanted wasn't at the dealership yet, they gave me a loaner of the the exact vehicle I was purchasing until the car arrived. I never thought that was even possible. The services and guarantees they offer cannot be beat. And the accomadations at the dealership while you are waiting for anything are unlike anything I've seen. I'm used to dirty coffee machines and a 13 inch T.V. at other dealerships, but at Lexus of Orland everything is very clean, and comfortable. Not to mention a big flat screen T.V. to watch, and internet access if you need it. I can go on and on, but overall, my experience here was excellent and I am very happy with the customer service and my new Lexus! I would recommend anyone that is interested in buying a Lexus to come to this dealership, you will be glad you did.

We had previously purchased a Lexus at Lexus of Orland...

We had previously purchased a Lexus at Lexus of Orland and were always satisfied with the sales and service experience. The place is very upscale and the people are very friendly. Our salesman, Chris Merx, was very knowledgable, helpful and personable, which made our our experience pleasurable. We went in just to look at a car and because of our experience with Chris we wound up buying one.

Very clean dealer. The vehicle was in detail when I arrived and the sales agent did not hesitate to bring me into the detail shop too see the car. The shop was very neat. Friendly and responsive sales agent. Deal was pleasant and moved quickly. All employees were pleasant.

I would recommend this dealership as well as the salesman...

I would recommend this dealership as well as the salesman ( Chris Merx ). They answered all questions and worked to earn my business. They presented their product and explained the advantages of a Lexus without running down the other dealerships. Chris went out of his way to make the experience pleasant and actually provided transportation as I returned my last lease to another dealership.

Attractive pricing coupled with attentive customer...

Attractive pricing coupled with attentive customer service make for a great dealership. Additionally, the entire sales process was straight forward and very efficient. I purchased a CPO Lexus and I highly recommend Lexus of Orland and Mike Sabatino.

Our experience was excellent. The dealer was low pressure and had a comfortable place for us to wait while our new car was being serviced. If you are looking for a new or used Lexus this is an excellent dealer and friendly dealership. The car wash and free loaner cars will be nice to use when we are in the area.

I GAVE LEXUS OF ORLAND AN OVERALL RATING OF FIVE BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. THIS IS THE THIRD NEW CAR I'VE PURCHASED FROM THEM. HONESTLY SPEAKING IN 2003, I WAS INDECISIVE WITH MY INITAL PURCHASE. I LIKED THE LOOK OF THE CADILLAC CTS BETTER, BUT AFTER GOING PASS THE SERVICE WAITNG AREA OF A CADILLAC DEALERSHIP, I WAS DISCOURAGED.NONE OF THE WAITING CUSTOMERS LOOKED HAPPY. IN FACT, ONE CUSTOMER TOLD ME HE WASN'T HAPPY WITH HIS CAR OR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. SO I VENTURED OVER TO LEXUS OF ORLAND, WHERE EVERYONE IN THE WAITNG AREA LOOKED EITHER HAPPY, CONTENT, OR WERE LOOKING AT THE LATEST MODELS, CONTEMPLATING THEIR NEXT PURCHASE. I LEASED THE 2003 ES 300. MY NEXT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE IN 2007 WAS EVEN BETTER. LEXUS OF ORLAND HAD MOVED TO THEIR PRESENT LOCATION, WITH A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, BEAUTIFUL WAITING AREA. MY SALES PERSON, KELLY MCLEOD WAS JUST EXCELLENT.ALSO IT HELPED THAT THE 2007 ES350 HAD A BETTER LOOKING BODY STYLE. LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, MY SALESPERSON, KEVIN MARTIN WAS THE BEST. 2010, HAS BEEN A ROUGH YEAR FOR ME (MY MOM PASSED, MY TEENAGE SON'S A FRESHMAN EXPERIENCING GROWING PAINS & FREEDOM). BELIEVE ME, KEVIN HAD HIS WORK CUT OUT FOR HIM. BUT HE WAS BOTH PATIENT AND PERSISTENT; HE RODE THE STORM, PERSEVERED AND CONVINCED ME TO BUY MY 2011 ES350. HE KNEW..... I REALLY WANTED THE 2011 ES350. (SMILE)

I am very pleased with the level of service i received...

I am very pleased with the level of service i received from Mitch when i bought my pre owned car along with the trade in of my car i had for 10 years, a gs 430. Bob Vittorio was also a very easy to deal with as he was part of the whole process. I was also impressed with the team of people i delt with after i bought the car.... the girl i did my financing with, the guy that showed my all the gadgets and the porter who cleaned my car. I am very pleased with my car decision and the people of Orland Lexas and would not hesitate to refer Mitch and Orland Lexas to any of my friends and family. Unlike other Lexus dealers we visited in the area, the Lexus of Orland Team really hit the ground running. Very accomodating and customer focused. Worked out a deal that was mutaully benifical to both parties. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and return to purchase a vehicle in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Gus in coming to a deal on our pre-owned Lexus RX350. He was very knowledgeable about his products and inventory and very professional in his approach to selling a vehicle. His knowledge of the Lexus Pre-Owned warranty as well as the Lexus philosophy of backing their vehicles instilled confidence in purchasing a Pre-Owned vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend him to an acquaintance who was interested in making the move to the Lexus product. Tommy,who gave the orientation to the new car was friendly and also very knowledgeable about the sophisticated equipment on the car. It would be great if there was an orientation class available to go over the fine points of the cars. There are so many things to beme acquainted with, that the time spent initially is almost overwhelming. The dealership has gone all out in providing an environment commensurate with the image of the Lexus name. The showroom, the restrooms and the entire facility are first class. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new Lexus.
