Mike informed me of all my options. He was great ! Service great from start to finish I was in and out in no time which I loved. Any service person at Lexus Orland is always great. Everyone is polite and friendly.

Always good service
We were having problems where the car would break unexpectedly, and the BSM would flash unexpectedly and there was nothing around. The technician kept digging u til he found the problem. Excellent job.

Service was good
Service good and started on time however I was there from 1015 til 2pm and was never offered a loaner or any other means of transportation in the event I had other things to in comparison to Lexus of Orlando Florida.

I went into Lexus of Orland for my 25000 check to and my service rep Morgan lee was awesome. I had a time table u had to keep and she made sure service was done in the window I needed. They will be my service of choice and Morgan is my rep .

Excellent Service
On January 2, 2019, I was involved in a really bad car accident resulting in total loss of my previous vehicle. This is not how I planned to begin 2019. Orland Park took my mind off all my troubles when I saw the RX 350. It was exactly what I wanted. Bob the manager took time out his busy schedule to help me with obtaining information for the insurance company. Victor my salesman provided me with A+ service from beginning to end. I can't forget Martha shes great at what she does and helped me with closing the deal in addition to easing my stress and anxiety. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a Lexus Dealership. Orland Park has a great team.

Professional all the way!!
Sammy is the sales consultant who helped me to have a great experience in purchasing my Lexus. I told him what I wanted with details and he delivered. The whole team at Lexus was fantastic!! Sammy, Marty, Jimmy, Martha in finance were all great!! A great team of people who are straight forward and won’t waste your time and I was not in there all day. Nice peoples!
Good job. Nice peoples. Good environments! It is nice if there some more food in the lounges, like doughnuts, rolls, etc. I could not says anything more, hopefully whatever they do in my Lexus es350 will work and function properly. Thank you!

Never got a receipt for what they did because I didn't pay. They were correcting what they did wrong. The service is slipping. It hasn't been the same since Marc Lovejoy isn't there
