Don't believe the website.

Don't believe the website. Found a new VW on this dealer's website and the 'Detailed Cash Summary' that included all taxes and fees said "No surprises at the dealership, review your payment." Called and asked if the car was there and verified the cost. Drove 40 mins each way on a Saturday. There was 1 salesman there. The website had a picture of a white car and did not state color in the description. The car was black. Salesman did not know the website had a different price. Manager did that game where he wrote a price on piece of paper, and it was a lot more than the website quoted. Then the salesman got all pissy that we questioned how misleading it all was. Wasted our time yet somehow they acted like we were in the wrong.

Total scam, called on the phone made 2 and half hour trip

Total scam, called on the phone made 2 and half hour trip get their both cars are sold, but they have a higher priced model. Be careful these guys are shady read all there reviews especially the 1 star have the same theme. Honesty should be very important

If 0 was possible I would Terrible and had to get law

If 0 was possible I would Terrible and had to get law involved. Had to call the police. Started off good, they made me feel like everything was good and they got an approval. Paperwork was completed and then things started to take a turn to bad. After agreement has been made I found out they lied to the bank and when bank wanted proof the company Liberty Auto Plaza decided to not fix the problem but put blame on their customer. The upper up decided to come and take my car and claim I'm a criminal and stole when everything i did was legit. Wasn't my fault they decided to lie and didn't even tell me and made me think everything is good to go. Very unhappy when I ask for my refund of my down-payment they decided to give me the run around till I had no choice but to call the cops to meet me to ensure the company staff and member to go ahead and issue me my refund for my money. This dealership is so unprofessional and treat customer with so much disrespect and lie to get their ways and then blame the customer who trusted and believe in their work. ADVISE PEOPLE WHO NEED A CAR DONT GO HERE THEY LIE, CHEAT, AND SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY DISRESPECTFUL

I brought my brand new 2024 Kia Sportage in to get a car

I brought my brand new 2024 Kia Sportage in to get a car wash. Upon getting my car back there was a scratch that is down to the metal and my climate controls was shattered. I talked with the dealership and they told me they will not repair what their car wash did and employee did. They have no customer service I will never bring my car back to them and do not recommend anyone to take theirs to them either.

Since I arrived at the dealer, they treated me

Since I arrived at the dealer, they treated me excellently and showed interest in wanting to do business with me and especially Guillermo R. The entire experience in purchasing my New Kicks SR was fast and honest, the price they had on their LIBERTY AUTO PLAZA page They gave it to me without any problems compared to other Nissan Dealers. Thanks to the entire LIBERTY AUTO PLAZA team.

Service department damaged my vehicle (door ding and bent

Service department damaged my vehicle (door ding and bent license plate) Also found an Apple charger cord, a used nitrile glove, and a trim tool from Matco It's been 5 business days, and no follow-up from the dealer. This was the 3rd visit for the same reason - I should be happy that they finally found the problem, but they drove the car almost 4 miles in making that diagnosis (probably took it for lunch)

This company is completely scam, starting from the dealer

This company is completely scam, starting from the dealer and ending with their financial services. The contract stipulates one amount and the day of the contract in the system had a completely different information. The contract was reworked twice without my knowledge and without my signature. And they raised the monthly payment as they pleased. Sayf Altarawneh and Jon Osvath, these are the ones who deceive me twise. Please stay away from them. It's just going to be a nightmare.
