Shady, dishonest dealership — stay far away.
Shady, dishonest dealership — stay far away. Went to see a 2018 Chevy Colorado listed for $22K. Told the salesman (Ricardo) upfront I wasn’t interested in any extras. He said no problem. But once I sat down to sign, the manager (Greg) suddenly tacked on $3K in bogus fees — including a “VIN protection” I never asked for. Total bait-and-switch. I showed them their own website showing the $22k price, and Greg claimed he didn’t even know that was possible. Then he told me the car had a deposit — but I could still buy it for $27K if I wanted. So much for integrity. If they’re willing to lie and manipulate over a few grand, imagine what else they’ll do. Run, don’t walk, away from this place.

I have hit this dealership up numerous times they will not ever get back to you. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I don’t know why these companies continue to want to do this to people, knowing there’s power of the Internet.

Terrible company.
Terrible company. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for an oil change and they called me to tell me the door was broken. I got there and the manager told me I must have driven in that way. The driver's door wouldn't even close. The whole door was damaged and someone there must have kept slamming it trying to get it to close. They said the hinges were "tired". They wanted to charge me $3000 for a new door. The body shop I ended up taking it to (Maaco) repaired the whole thing for $887. The Liberty manager/owner, Mr. Joe Massarelli and Mr. Oko said they wouldn't pay for damage. ***UPDATE*** 4/1/2025 Spoke with manager, they say they weren't the owner when I brought in my car so they're not responsible. Same name, same location, same customers but not responsible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone a place you go to and they break your car and won't fix it. They claim the positive of being in business since 1965 and then don't take any responsibility for anything the company did before the current owners bought the company. So are they a new company without experience or a long standing company that corrects its mistakes.

Predatory practices.
Predatory practices. They list a car at a price but when you arrive tell you that it's only that price if you can get approved for every single rebate but your only approved for $500. I'm talking listing cars $8000 under msrp. Not small discrepancies here. Stay away.

Don't believe the website.
Don't believe the website. Found a new VW on this dealer's website and the 'Detailed Cash Summary' that included all taxes and fees said "No surprises at the dealership, review your payment." Called and asked if the car was there and verified the cost. Drove 40 mins each way on a Saturday. There was 1 salesman there. The website had a picture of a white car and did not state color in the description. The car was black. Salesman did not know the website had a different price. Manager did that game where he wrote a price on piece of paper, and it was a lot more than the website quoted. Then the salesman got all pissy that we questioned how misleading it all was. Wasted our time yet somehow they acted like we were in the wrong.
