After a 25 days of repair, picked up car, and realized back camera is not aligned. Brought it in again, and then they scratched the camera. Talked to... general manager, even more rude. And said they charge insurance company if they break something during repair as supplement. Called him out for insurance fraud and he got angry. And finally fixed after the third visit. Wasted time and energy. Also general manager said that nowadays, fixing a car’s body work for rear end accident will take 25 days. None other shop would say that. Do not go there!

I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex from Boston Volkswagen two months ago(Sept 6,1019). After test driving the car I pointed out a noise in the left front wheel,... and the engine light was on. The SUV had low miles and was basically a clean vehicle, except for a lot of small scratches which they said they would send the vehicle over and have the body shop look at them. Long story short, the truck wasn’t touched, and I was promised that the truck was being detaiobefore I picked it up. It looked like they ran it thru the 5 dollar car wash. It was the worst I’ve ever seen a car being delivered to someone look. I live almost two hundred miles from the dealership. So the truck needed new plugs and a wheel bearing, which I fixed myself, instead of taking it back because I no longer trusted them. They also gave me a lot of problems registering the truck because they said they didn’t do temporary/ in transit plates. I don’t know if git was because I was from out of state and they figured they would never see me again, which they won’t, but from my experience with them, I would NEVER recommend anyone to them. The only positive thing I can say is that they picked me up from the bus station, and all in all, after the repairs that I made that they Never addressed, the Vehicle is a Great Car.

Car was ready weeks later than promised but still delivered to me without having completed the work. Mike, the used car sales manager was incredibly rude.
Sales and service employees are Slow, unprofessional, and just plain disrespectful. Don't bother at this particular dealership, it is worth it to drive... slightly further to a different one

Brought my 2017 GTI MK7 in for a scheduled oil change this past weekend. Got the car back with front bumper damage. Dealership refuses to take ownership... of the issue. Opened a complaint with VWoA today.
Antonio was very nice and patient. When discussing pricing, he was accommodating and listened to my concerns. I was concerned about the car not having... a spare tire and he addressed the problem.
