I emailed to set up an appointment for my car. The check tire pressure gauge was on. Sean called me right away and said to come in on Tuesday after work. I arrived at 3 pm. The place was crazy busy. After a brief conversation he showed me how to recalibrate the meter. FIXED in 5 minutes. Sean is very professional and polite. He is a great asset to your company. Thanks!

We were not impressed with Herb Chambers Honda. The...

We were not impressed with Herb Chambers Honda. The customer service was great right up to the point where we signed the agreement. After that, we had to wait over an hour to meet with the financing rep. In addition, we paid $450 to have Herb Chambers take care of the documentation, but when a snag came up and they were unable to do that, we had to get our own paperwork, remind Herb Chambers that we needed the title for the RMV, go to the RMV ourselves, pay the sales tax over again, and get the sales tax reimbursed from Herb Chambers. And after all that they refused to refund us the $450 fee that we paid them to do all that. We will not be returning to Herb Chambers Honda.
