Don’t buy from this dealership!

Don’t buy from this dealership!!! All they do is play games with your time. Went in and negotiated a price for a 2023 Honda Civic Si and I got a price then went back home 2 1/2 hours away to get a bank check then drove back to the dealership and the car was swapped tires and wheels and it was damaged so I told the sale manager Alfredo to check it out and he said no one did anything to the car lol this guy is a joke and the finance manager is the same. Both laughed at me then said the deal is off and I was pissed.. they didn’t know that before I left the dealership I took a picture of the car all around and the inside plus the mileage so after that they said the deal was the way it was and I said let me talk to the GM they gave me the runaround. I was so mad I called herb chambers corporate and let them know what happened and that the dealer was trying to auto scam me and that I have proof of everything. So the corporate told me they gonna contact the GM at the Honda dealer TOM and look into it. Half an later the GM TOM contacted me then told me that the car been like that and I said no it’s not and asked for proof and I said I send it to you but instead I drove there and meet with him and show him the pictures of the whole car and he gathered all the sale person and asked what’s happened and I over heard the sale manager Alfredo said they swapped the wheels so I wouldn’t get the car for the price I had. So the GM came back in the room and said I took pictures of the other gray Honda si and I said the only gray Honda was the one I want to buy and I told him the other gray Honda just came in yesterday and he try to say I lie so I told him to check the camera and he refused and when I showed him the video of whole car inside and out then the vin number that’s when he said ok I’m sorry I will fix the wheels for the deal and I said nope !!!! Now I told him I want all four wheels and tires and he said ok and made that deal… my sale person was Jermey and he try to scam me too. How you gonna prep the car for me to come pick it up and the car all scratch up and the wheel lock was to a different car and told me he had to order it smh… I said you don’t have to order when y’all have the Honda parts on the other side of the building and that’s when he drove the car around and got the new wheels lock… this places love playing games and give you the runaround and when I went to the higher up and show proof they all got speechless. I only deal with my sale guy Jermey and sale manager Alfredo and finance manager Nelson and the general manager Tom.. all these guys should get fired. I never seen a dealership like this Honda dealership of Dorchester .. they try to play with the wrong one. Hope y’all learn your lesson and don’t try to scam the people because people’s like me take pictures and video of everything for we try to make a deal.. I bought the car 06/25/2025 .. sorry my review is long but I have to let everyone knows how they all are. Now go look on carfax for there reviews 2.6 stars …. Never again this is my honest review

I took my Honda CRV for servicing and was assisted by

I took my Honda CRV for servicing and was assisted by Robert. I had the best experience ever. He took my car to get a diagnostic exam and it turns out, I needed to replace my whole AC system. Robert went above and beyond to help me, my vehicle still had manufacturer warranty and I ended up without any bills and my AC is working very well now. I really appreciated Robert’s service, professionalism, expertise and experience I highly recommend Robert’s assistance to anyone who visits Herb Chambers in Dorchester.
