I recently bought a Honda CRV from Frank Mendes at Honda. Frank was very knowledgeable, great customer service. I was very comfortable and he made everything stress free. Frank saw I had some concerns and was about to leave, but he was determined to make sure he could get me close to what I was looking for and it work for me. I recommend if your looking for a new or used car check out Herb Chambers Honda team was nice, professional. Look for Frank Mendes you won’t leave disappointed.

Booked a test drive just 2.
Booked a test drive just 2.5 hours in advance after being told the car was available and ready. Took a $24 Uber from Brighton — arrived to find the car had been taken for repairs, with no same-day status check. Asked for reimbursement, Keith refused. Poor communication, no accountability. If you go, triple-check availability the same day or you might waste both time and money.

Update: Unfortunately, it seems they don’t really care — the earlier response feels more like a performance than genuine concern. I sent a detailed follow-up and reimbursement request to the address provided, but after 12 days, I still haven’t received any reply from Mr. Tom Pasquarella. No communication, no understanding, no apology.

I brought my car in for an oil change.
I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told that my tires might need to be replaced and my brake pads need to be taken care of the next time I need service. They are very thorough over there and they tell you what has to done. I recommend this place highly for service.

Sean DeSilva was very professional and treated me right.
Sean DeSilva was very professional and treated me right. I came into the dealership with an ongoing A/C problem. The A/C would not hold a charge, even after the condenser had been replaced (known Honda Civic problem). They replaced it at no charge. I am happy now and we will see if the new condenser last like it should this time.

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. Brought it in over 2 days due to tire light being on and it’s still on. Will never bring my car back to this dealer. Care more about making money and moving cars out of shop than fixing a car and caring about the customer
