Joshua the service rep was excellent. He explained everything very clearly and went out of his way to get me the assistance needed. Anthony was also very helpful. Thst said the dealership needs to get the phone system for service department fixed. That is very frustrating for customers.

I am moving to the area and Carmax doesn't let you buy the car unless you are standing on their lot or shipping to you back in your home state. Stupid rule so no sale to me. I've done 3 transactions with Carmax at my local dealership and they still told me to go fly a kite. I've bought remote 3 times from other dealers and it's no big deal. Also, you can forget about calling the actual dealership. If you call the local number you go to a robot who then hands you off to somebody sitting in Omaha or Fargo.
