I told Dana and Bertrand that I did not want to purchase any of the upsells and waste my time. When I got to Kris in the business office to sign the paperwork, he started with the upsells at which time I told him I was not interested in any of them and don't waste his nor my time. He stated that this was his job and that I was rude. Told him he hasn't seen rude yet at which time he again started with the upsells. I then got up threw the pen and told I'm done and out of here he told me alright he stopped the upsells again told me I was rude, and I signed the paperwork and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Bertrand was the best and you can thank him if I ever buy another car from Herb Chambers because after dealing with Kris I have no intentions of returning.

Bertrand was very pleasant and informative. Buying a car can be dreadful but this was painless and quite nice. Paulo the finance guy was very efficient and just as pleasant - I would have drinks with these guys. They took care of all of our concerns small and large. I am confident that HC will be there in the event that I need help. I honestly can’t believe what a pleasant, painless experience I experienced. I feel happy and solid about my choice with HBC Somerville No attitude just service with a smile. Thanks so much - I did not even mind parting with my money! Well maybe just a little. And that doesn’t happen much. Thank you Bertrand!
