2015 SLK 250

This was our first experience with Mercedes and we must say that we were thoroughly impressed with Mercedes Benz of Boston, but most of all with the awesome salesman Thanh Nguyen he made our buying experience phenomenal it was one of the easiest buying experiences that we ever had!! He was thorough and very customer oriented, he new exactly what we were looking for and was able to get us into a beautiful SLK 250. I know that this will NOT be our last Mercedes and definitely would recommend Mercedes Benz of Boston, they have great inventory at unbeatable prices and so worth the drive! Thanh Nguyen sales and leasing consultant was awesome and he even went as far as picking us up at South Station so we could drive home together in our new vehicle!! He also bought me a beautiful Mercedes Benz keychain with Swavorski crystals. Thanks again for the awesome buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Boston and most of ALL Thanh Nguyen..

First Mercedes

I had a wonderful experience..Lovette was great! He spent a lot of time helping me choose my first Mercedes ...I would highly recommend him.. He answered every question I had and was very supportive.... I recommend this dealership and will ask for Lovette again ...

Efficient and enjoyable sales experience

Georgina has been a consummate professional as we have narrowed our search through the various luxury SUVs settling on a 2017 GLS. She has been an excellent source of information applying her vast knowledge base as we compared vehicles and options. She kept us on track during the process, but was never intrusive or pushy. We would recommend her highly for others exploring the Mercedes Benz line.

Consistency in Service and Attention to All Details ...

I have just picked up my 4th Benz from Mercedes of Boston. Within the last month, Alex Fine has delivered both a 2016 GLE 450 Couple and my latest, a 2016 S550. Once again, a truly fantastic customer centric experience. From sales to the business office to the orientation of my new S Class, I really do not view much room for improvement. I have been in sales and sales management for well over 30 years. Throughout all that time, I have expressed one consistent message to all of the people who have participated in what I like to call, "delighting the client". Now we all know that this statement may not always ring true in terms of objective accuracy but the general point is clear ... Always try to do two things well and most importantly ... consistently. #1 ... Set proper expectations and strive to exceed them in all situations engaging the high road even when it is difficult and # 2 .... Always achieve # 1. My past experience at MB Boston has been nothing short superb. I truly feel that the team views all clients through the same lens and strives to always exceed expectations for their valued client base. At the risk of embarrassing specific individuals throughout my most two recent experiences at MB Boston, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the team that has sent me off down the road with the most fantastically engineered car in the market today. From the GM, Jeff Davis, who clearly sets the game plan of servicing all aspects and needs of the clients who fuel his business through to my salesperson, who just so happens to be my son, (I certainly stand as his most staunch critic), my entire experience was top tier in delivery. The training and support that both Alex Fine and all of the other members at MB Boston is to be both recognized as well as commended. Being a career sales professional, the training in terms of client interactions and product knowledge are soft dollars well spent. The personnel that I worked with on my latest purchase experience showed complete composure and maturity throughout the entire sales process never losing sight of who they all actually work for! As for the business office, Chadi was absolutely diligent in understanding my objectives and exceeding them upon their delivery. Finally, my product orientation with Fred, was nothing short of amazing. Fred's product knowledge of every function of my 2016 S550 was mind blowing and his subtle way of communication left be both impressed as well as completely well informed on every aspect of my new car. Suffice it to say, in my opinion, the team at MB Boston truly represents the Herb Chambers organization in the manner I know that Herb expects.

An exceptional experience from start to finish

The best car buying experience in over 40 years

We were looking for new MB ml250 blue tec found 4 called 3 different dealers right from the very First phone call to Mercedes Benz of Boston we were treated with attention,we made an appointment To drive the got to the dealership they were very busy but the manager took the time to meet us and Made sure that the 15 minutes we waited we had water and juice. Alexis Zonis our sales person took us tor our test drive and explained the features of the car as well as Mercedes brand name and the Herb Chambers group this young man is professional and very polite.we bought the car and got to meet and talk to manager,finance manager and manager in the service department.the day we picked our new car Alex took close to 1 hour explain all of the features of our new Mercedes. We are recommending Herb Chambers to all our friends and Customers.

Great Sales Team - Amazing Service

On Saturday, May 21st I had the pleasure of meeting David Nhan, Sales & Leasing Consultant at Mercedes-Benz of Boston, 259 McGrath Highway, Somerville, MA 02145. Initially that Saturday I was intent on going to check out a used car in Ashland, MA, and I am very glad that I didn't because I would not have scored the amazing ride that I purchased that day through David. This was certainly the best car purchasing experience that I've had over the years - and it was a pleasure to work with David. David was more than helpful in assisting me find a car that was in my price range and accompanied my father and I on a test ride where we did some city driving and eventually got on the highway to see how the vehicle (in this case a beautiful 2013 Certified Pre-Owned C300) handled the open road. Needless to say, the vehicle was amazing, and with the assistance of David and his associate, Jeff Tucker, Business Manager, I was able to get financed right on the spot. In regard to the car loan that I received through Mercedes-Benz, I must say that I was astounded to learn that they were able to provide me with a lower interest rate than my very own Credit Union! So that was amazing, and the payments will be a piece of cake. The experience was amazing, and David truly was great in answering all of my questions, and is simply just a really nice guy. At no moment did I feel as if though I was being pressured, David was amazing in finding me something that had low miles, was a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes, and was simply beautiful. All in all, I am a glad I met David and I am loving my beautiful White Mercedes C300 with its immaculate Almond Interior and Panoramic Sun-Roof!

Best Experience I've Ever Had Getting a Car!

Georgina was amazing during my entire process getting my new C300! She helped and suggested options I would not have normally needed or wanted and she was very patient throughout the entire process. She made sure to follow up with me constantly even after I picked up the car she was checking on how things were going. Anyone looking for a new Mercedes should go see her! You will be so happy with your new car and the amazing customer service!

Great experience with Lovette Montiero

I recently purchased my 2016 GLA250 from Lovette Monteiro at this location. I would recommend to buy your car from him. Lovette made the purchase very easy and went above and beyond to make sure i got the right car. AJ from management was extremely helpful and made the purchase very smooth. An amazing experience throughout!
