Grava Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram SRT

AVOID!!! Deceitful business!!! The staff here baited me to drive over an hour and upon arrival they brought out the vehicle I was interested in, which was advertised as NEW. They showed me this very much USED vehicle, with scratches/dents and a stain on the driver’s seat. I was in contact for weeks working a trade in/lease deal. When I arrived they tried to show me a USED Gladiator that had nearly 9k miles on it. They say they can still advertise a demo vehicle as new. Why was this not communicated? Update your internet and advise your staff to communicate these “deals” you’re making. Best of all, they didn’t seem to care and after complaint continued to defend their misleading business. Shame. One of the worst experiences of my life working with Grava on my vehicle repair. I was repeatedly lied to by service manager Brian about my cars timetable, I was always told over the phone I would be called back, maybe one time out of the 30 times I was told that, did it happen. My car was in their shop for 14 months. I made payments on the vehicle for over a year with nothing to drive. Grava covered a rental car for me for 7 days. 7 days out of a 14 month period. They told me to contact Chrysler for a reimbursement, which was denied today. Thanks for nothing but a giant headache and financial burden Grava. Never go here for any reason. When my vehicle was “repaired” finally after the 14 months it took, I had to bring it back in twice more immediately. Thanks for nothing but a giant headache and financial burden Grava.
