They make mistakes and don't take responsibility for it. They charge 3 times more on the parts than the original price is. They said they use original... parts but they are after market cheap parts. They don't do what they say they will do if it is a free service. They push your car forward until out of warranty so when it starts breaking down they over charge. I got my a/c serviced during march (or at least they said they did) and now my compressor is dead because freon level was half pressure of what was supposed to be. It is apparent they did not service my a/c and they won't take responsibility for it. I changed my breaking pads there and after that my emergency break stopped working, being busy and with COVID 19 situation couldn't take my car back right away. They didn't take responsibility, charged me 1300$ for calipers. They said " you didn't use your car enough and it got rusted in a month, there is no fix we need to change them completely with the breaking pads again". How can i use a part that wasn't working to begin with? Also they said one day job, but it took them three days to finish the job.these are two of the really bad experiences i have had with them. I can list and it will never end. Never going back. Reported them to Honda. And not happy shopping my car there and getting my service done there up to this point. If i could give them zero star I would've.
I definitely would like to shoutout Frankie as he made the car buying process for me and my wife very smooth and easy. 10/10 service.
I was assisted by Al Colon who was wonderful from start to finish.
Multiple serious issues with this dealership and the car buying experience. Writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get some answers.... 1. They market many of their cars as Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. However, this is not the case. You have to pay an additional $595 for it to be a Certified Pre-Owner. Please see attached photo marketing their car as a CPO. This is false advertising. 2. Per Honda Corporate, the CPO inspection must be done within 30 days of inspection. It was not. They told us "that isn't a thing". Um, well your corporate says it is. 3. When we went to pick up the car there was a large chip in the windshield. They said that it passed inspection so there is nothing they can do. The car was not purchased with this chip. After many serious and angry phone calls and going to the dealership. They agreed to just fill the chip. The chip has been filled and looks terrible. It is directly in the line of site of the driver. 4. From the time of sale of the vehicle to pick up. The vehicle was driven over 600 miles. 600 MILES. The numbers are confirmed on the paperwork from time of sale and inspection (right before pick up with the over 600 miles added to the vehicle). They told us this is impossible. Well clearly not. Obviously this is probably when the chip happened. They have not offered to compensate in any way. The asset is not the same asset that was purchased. The condition of the vehicle and the mileage are very different. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY A CAR AT A DEALERSHIP.
Terrible experience here trying to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot recently.....dealt with Jose, treated rudely, reached out to General Manager Carl Pasquarosa for... help, but he didn't show me the courtesy of returning my call. Treatment like this is why people dread the car-buying experience.... Unprofessional, discourteous, uncaring mishandling of a buying customer. Telling everyone I know of my experience to discourage anyone else from receiving same treatment. Buyer beware.
Thanks Joseph, for helping us even though we came late. Treated us well, transparent, and recommend him. Honda village is good but a bit small. Thanks... again, take car.
Unbelievably bad service. They took more than double the amount of time they said they would (they said 2-3 hours, turns out they meant 2-3pm which meant... 5-6hrs), there was miscommunication between front and back of house that neglected to inform me that at least one additional hour would be necessary. While they did cut me a few discounts for the services because they wasted my entire day, they didnt actually fix the problem with my car. Then I made a follow up appointment to try to fix the unfixed problem a week ago, and it turns out on day of that they had never logged the appointment. When I voiced my disappointment to the receptionist, she was extremely dismissive. When I called back to cancel the appointment she made five minutes earlier, she hung up on me. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. Shame on them.
My brother and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Carl and our incredibly impressive Senior Sales Consultant Mr. Peter Ly. This was our first... experience with Honda Village and rest assured that it will not be our last! In fact we now consider Honda Village our go-to Honda dealer. My brother purchased a Honda certified formerly leased CRV that is simply outstanding! Clean and like new! Peter made the whole experience wonderfully comfortable and we can not say enough good things about Peter's expertise and attention to detail. If you want a great car or truck the Honda's have it all, and if you want a great car buying experience we don't believe you will find better than Honda Village!
I was looking for a used specific car I was shopping all around I finally find what I was looking for at Honda village I got Joseph as my sales man he... was very professional and did his best to get me the best deal I could get, very helpful and dedicated to every single detail I would strongly recommend him as the perfect choice to be anyone car dealer specialist. But the story totally change when I get to meet the financial person, first he make me wait outside his office for about 1/2 hour when he came back to grab me we me and my wife, we sat in his office he show to us the paperwork and he said that he did his best to find the best rate for us, my credit score is tier 1 up in the 800’s he give me 5.97 for rate, as ask him if that was the best rate that he can get me he said yes. I did sign the agreement and we went home. On the next day my wife when to the Bank of America down the street from me and she talk with the financial advisor she give us a rate of 3.99 I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that. I call Joseph and ask that Financial guy call me back. I waited the whole afternoon and nothing I finally when back to the Honda Village and talk with The financial guy he was rude and said that I already had signed the agreement and that was nothing more to do. I was very unhappy with his attitude. Altogether I do recommend the sales team there. But if you can do the financial outside probably with your own bank or a credit union your better of. the financial guy there is not very professional and I felt that he did not help me to get a better rate I guess he just didn’t care much.
Thank you Jonathon Dias for all your help , and the staff at Honda Village . You made leasing a car so easy and you listen to our wants and needs.
