Don’t go there
Bad experience with sell person ,I did test drive but don’t like the CR-V . They called every other day include weekends and wanted to came over again . xxxx people I don’t want your car so stop calling me . So unprofessional !

Strongly recommended, very organized and friendly dealership with fair prices, strongly recommend to work with Mohamed Ameur, he is a gentleman and also professional in his job. They offer me a good price for trading although because of the shortage I didn't have too many options to choose my favorite car and could not make deal. Thanks

Terrible Experience, service is not recommended.
Get text messages saying my Honda Odyssey was ready for pickup at 11:30, walked there 12:30 in my lunch hours, but my vehicle was not ready, and not even started. Asked me to wait there at least half hour, they will do my car soon. But I couldn’t stay there, I couldn’t take more than an hour for lunch. That’s why we have the text message system to save time, especially during this covid-19 pandemic, don’t want to stay their work place. Confirmed twice before I walked there, still got this bad service. Totally not recommended this place.

they are thief
They make mistakes and don't take responsibility for it. They charge 3 times more on the parts than the original price is. They said they use original parts but they are after market cheap parts. They don't do what they say they will do if it is a free service. They push your car forward until out of warranty so when it starts breaking down they over charge. I got my a/c serviced during march (or at least they said they did) and now my compressor is dead because freon level was half pressure of what was supposed to be. It is apparent they did not service my a/c and they won't take responsibility for it. I changed my breaking pads there and after that my emergency break stopped working, being busy and with COVID 19 situation couldn't take my car back right away. They didn't take responsibility, charged me 1300$ for calipers. They said " you didn't use your car enough and it got rusted in a month, there is no fix we need to change them completely with the breaking pads again". How can i use a part that wasn't working to begin with? Also they said one day job, but it took them three days to finish the job.these are two of the really bad experiences i have had with them. I can list and it will never end. Never going back. Reported them to Honda. And not happy shopping my car there and getting my service done there up to this point. If i could give them zero star I would've.

Terrible experience here trying to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot recently.....dealt with Jose,treated rudely, reached out to General Manager Carl Pasquarosa for help, but he didn't show me the courtesy of returning my call. Treatment like this is why people dread the car-buying experience.... Unprofessional, discourteous, uncaring mishandling of a buying customer. Telling everyone I know of my experience to discourage anyone else from receiving same treatment. Buyer beware.

Do Not Buy Here
Multiple serious issues with this dealership and the car buying experience. Writing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get some answers. 1. They market many of their cars as Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. However, this is not the case. You have to pay an additional $595 for it to be a Certified Pre-Owner. Please see attached photo marketing their car as a CPO. This is false advertising. 2. Per Honda Corporate, the CPO inspection must be done within 30 days of inspection. It was not. They told us "that isn't a thing". Um, well your corporate says it is. 3. When we went to pick up the car there was a large chip in the windshield. They said that it passed inspection so there is nothing they can do. The car was not purchased with this chip. After many serious and angry phone calls and going to the dealership. They agreed to just fill the chip. The chip has been filled and looks terrible. It is directly in the line of site of the driver. 4. From the time of sale of the vehicle to pick up. The vehicle was driven over 600 miles. 600 MILES. The numbers are confirmed on the paperwork from time of sale and inspection (right before pick up with the over 600 miles added to the vehicle). They told us this is impossible. Well clearly not. Obviously this is probably when the chip happened. They have not offered to compensate in any way. The asset is not the same asset that was purchased. The condition of the vehicle and the mileage are very different. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY A CAR AT A DEALERSHIP.
