Honda Village of Newton Corner

The service I get from Honda Village in Newton Corner is always a wonderful experience. Joe is especially personable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won't go anywhere else and I won't buy anything but Honda for this reason.

I brought my car in for service as I had received various estimates for brakes, shocks, and a couple other ailments. In talking with Joe Panichella, I was provided with the most reasonable estimate, quickest turnaround time, soonest appointment and just truly amazing service all around! Then, about 8 months later, we purchased another car (used, at a different dealership) for my mom and brought it right back to Joe who was able to give it a top to bottom tune up and again, very fair price and it's running like it's brand new. I've dealt with numerous mechanics/service teams over the years, but Joe Panichella is by far the easiest going, most honest and straight forward guy I've ever dealt with.

I've bought three vehicles from Honda Village in Newton. I keep coming back because their service department is outstanding. I always deal with Joe Panichella who is one of the service managers at this location. He is extremely knowledgeable and always puts the customer first. There have been times where I couldn't wait around for my vehicle and he has set me up with a loaner. There is something to be said about Joe and the courteous professionalism he offers to his customers. I now live outside of Newton and there is another Honda dealership in my town. However with all of the great experiences I've had with Honda Village I would not go elsewhere for my car buying and service needs...

I only bring my car to Honda Village for service. They take great care of my Honda CRV and have for 7 years. The service department there is amazing. Joe Panichella always explains what I need done and has my car ready as soon as possible for a reasonable price. I would not go anywhere else.

What ever you do check out Honda Village they are by far the best dealer with an excellent service department and knowledgeable sales staff. We took our Pilot in for service, Joe Panichella was our representative. Very nice and helpful he knows what he is talking about when it comes to repairs and general service. We have been coming to Honda Village for over 15 years now, it's like coming home every time we visit. Thanks Joe keep up the great work! !!!!
