Terrible experience from receptionist to service.
Unbelievably bad service. They took more than double the amount of time they said they would (they said 2-3 hours, turns out they meant 2-3pm which meant 5-6hrs), there was miscommunication between front and back of house that neglected to inform me that at least one additional hour would be necessary. While they did cut me a few discounts for the services because they wasted my entire day, they didnt actually fix the problem with my car. Then I made a follow up appointment to try to fix the unfixed problem a week ago, and it turns out on day of that they had never logged the appointment. When I voiced my disappointment to the receptionist, she was extremely dismissive. When I called back to cancel the appointment she made five minutes earlier, she hung up on me. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. Shame on them.

Best Experience Ever!
My brother and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Carl and our incredibly impressive Senior Sales Consultant Mr. Peter Ly. This was our first experience with Honda Village and rest assured that it will not be our last! In fact we now consider Honda Village our go-to Honda dealer. My brother purchased a Honda certified formerly leased CRV that is simply outstanding! Clean and like new! Peter made the whole experience wonderfully comfortable and we can not say enough good things about Peter's expertise and attention to detail. If you want a great car or truck the Honda's have it all, and if you want a great car buying experience we don't believe you will find better than Honda Village!

disappointed with financial
I was looking for a used specific car I was shopping all around I finally find what I was looking for at Honda village I got Joseph as my sales man he was very professional and did his best to get me the best deal I could get, very helpful and dedicated to every single detail I would strongly recommend him as the perfect choice to be anyone car dealer specialist. But the story totally change when I get to meet the financial person, first he make me wait outside his office for about 1/2 hour when he came back to grab me we me and my wife, we sat in his office he show to us the paperwork and he said that he did his best to find the best rate for us, my credit score is tier 1 up in the 800’s he give me 5.97 for rate, as ask him if that was the best rate that he can get me he said yes. I did sign the agreement and we went home. On the next day my wife when to the Bank of America down the street from me and she talk with the financial advisor she give us a rate of 3.99 I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that. I call Joseph and ask that Financial guy call me back. I waited the whole afternoon and nothing I finally when back to the Honda Village and talk with The financial guy he was rude and said that I already had signed the agreement and that was nothing more to do. I was very unhappy with his attitude. Altogether I do recommend the sales team there. But if you can do the financial outside probably with your own bank or a credit union your better of. the financial guy there is not very professional and I felt that he did not help me to get a better rate I guess he just didn’t care much.

Jonathon Dias -Very Fair and Honest
I had been looking at Honda Civics for a while I just didn't know where I would end up buying it. Luckily I was referred to Jonathon by a friend and it was a great experience. Salespeople sometimes have a tough job of trying to keep the customer happy while also making sure the business makes money. I felt he was extremely fair and honest throughout the whole process and wasn't trying to upsell me at all. Buying a car can certainly be a stressful process with the amount of money/paper work involved but he made it very easy. I told him exactly what I wanted and how I was looking to pay and he went right to work. Whatever I needed he was ready to get it done. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

The other day I went to get prices on my tires because I was very in need of them especially before the snow. Danny Rodriguez from parts helped me find the best price on my tires and were of quality. Defiantly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience here at this location and Frankie was absolutely fantastic. I came in looking for a used car and he made the car buying experience very easy for me as I came alone. He is very friendly and really helps you look for the best car for you. Amazing staff.

I took my car to Honda Village to have it looked at for noise issue I was referred to Village by a close friend and I am happy to say, I received the best customer service!! I wasn't sure what repair my car needed since I had already taken it to a dealership in Brighton numerous time and they couldn't figure out what the issue was. The technician, Hong Chhay, who was working on my car that day explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond to answered my questions and concerns. I really felt like Hong really cared about my needs. I will definitely take all my vehicles here in the future from now on!

Accord that best fit me
I went to this dealership over a week ago looking for my first car. I was nervous since it was my first time but when I got there I was greeted by Frankie . I told him it was my first car and what I was looking for in a car. He helped me with it and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best car that worked best for me and what I do on a daily basis. Although it was my first time it didn’t feel like it. Frankie made sure I got the best experience and I didn’t feel like I was being persuaded into something that wasn’t for me
