Thank you Reyna at Lexus of Watertown

My experience working with Reyna at Lexus of Watertown has been amazing & smooth from start ti finish. I was only there to look at a vehicle i saw on their website but after speaking with Reyna the sales associate who was available I ended up purchasing on the spot. She was welcoming, easy to talk to, she listened to my needs and communicates well but most importantly she made my decision very easy. She followed up and communicated with me from start right up until I picked up my vehicle which was registered, Cleaned, road ready and even after then she still reached out to see how I was loving the vehicle, if i was having any issues and reminded me of little features of the vehicle. I was happy to have Reyna as my SA, THANK YOU REYNA!

Excellent customer service

I brought my Lexus in for its 5,000 mile check up today, while I was there I spoke to Ussa(he was my salesman) regarding my digital key. After I upgraded my phone to the newest IOS I’ve been unable to download my digital key. Ussa spent 30 minutes in the car with me working on resolving the issue. He is so professional, never got irritated, was patient and most importantly figured it out!! On top of that, there were some seagull droppings that didn’t come off during the car wash. Ussa wouldn’t let me leave until he scrubbed them off. He went above and beyond. He was amazing to deal with during the sale and for him to take the time today to continue building our relationship really made me feel valued.

Ussa out sales person was amazing during the sale as well

Ussa out sales person was amazing during the sale as well as after the sale. He went above and beyond when I couldn’t figure out some of the technology. He was patient, worked with me for over 30 minutes. Never got frustrated, and treated me with respect.

Great place to buy a car.

Great place to buy a car.. my service was great, but the only thing I didn’t like was They stare like you can't buy a car, I think because of the way we dressed, I fell uncomfortable they have to be careful how to judge the person… thanks!!

Herb was terrific.

Herb was terrific. He knew what we wanted to buy and didn’t try to increase our purchase. This is the 4th Lexus we have bought from Watertown and have been totally satisfied with every step of the process. Herb treated us as if we were family and made sure that all went smoothly. We couldn’t be more pleased with Lexus and Herb. He made the process so easy and made sure we were set with all the new “bells and whistles” before we left. Very happy with the care we received in buying our pre owned certified RX350. The entire process went perfectly smoothly. Herb made sure we were “set” before we left. He also has made himself very available should we need questions answered or have an issue. Thank you Herb.

We worked with Ussa and he was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and soft-spoken. There were none of the “airs“ that I was worried about walking into a luxury car dealership. From test driving through the purchasing and pick up process, as well dealing with my trade-in, this was a top-notch experience.
