Edwin did a great job. My family is a Prius family. We now have 3 Prius lift backs in out household. I tried switching it up and going for the Prius V this time but after explaining everything to Edwin ( my sales consultant) he made me realize that I didn't really need it. Today I picked up my new 2014 Corolla at Watertown Toyota. The whole process of buying a new car was made a great experience because of Steve Skolnick. From the time I entered the dealership and met Steve, he guided me through the options available, explained the features, and made the paperwork effortless for me. Today when I picked up the car he demonstrated everything, which, since I was replacing a 14 year old Corolla, truly amazed me! He made our experience so easy- everything from negociating the price to taking care of the registration, new plates, etc. Our car was ready in two days and we didn't have to do anything! Kamal was amazing! I arrived at Toyota of Watertown at 7:45-am, immediately I was greeted at the door of my vehicle with " good morning, how can we help you" I began to explain that I needed a new sun visor on the drivers side, I was escorted into the service department and introduced to Service manager Kamal! He was awesome explained everything too be thoroughly and took excellent care of me! Wow I was amazed at how wonderful I was treated. The exceptional service I received was above and beyond. I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Highlander XLE. Elkin Pereanz was my sales consultant. Elkin kept me informed throughout the buying process. Elkin was always available via email or telephone. Elkin sold me the SUV that I wanted, at the fair price that I wanted on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday, the car was ready with new registration, plates and sticker as promised. He explained the car's mode of operation in a clear and succinct manner. He was courteous and knowledgeable about all Toyota products. The easiest and most enjoyable automobile purchase anyone can hope for.

I brought my Camry for a scheduled maintenance yesterday. Kamel, a service rep, and I agreed about the work to be done and the time of completion. When two other issues were detected in the process, Kamel called me and we agreed about what needs to be done. The car was ready by the time set in the beginning.
