Andreas was so helpful during our car buying process. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and put no pressure on us to buy a particular car. The whole Wellesley Volkswagen team worked together to make sure we had our new car in a day and a half.

The actual purchasing experience was fine. Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. They also apparently shredded all of our documents including our deposit check. It was the follow up that leaves me concerned. Our salesman was Andreas. But when we went back to the dealership so he could show us how the car actually worked, it was obvious that he has zero interest in helping us now that he’d made the sale.

I live in NYS, and had bought the vehicle by corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accommodating, and stayed in contact with me all that day. He even picked me up at the hotel on Sunday and drove me to the dealership to complete the delivery. He definitely went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with my new Jetta GLI!
