We walked the lot, noticed a F-150 we liked, and entered the showroom. We met Rob Chambers Holland, and he was polite, respectful, and lastly knowledgeable, which helped us get comfortable with the Ford. Because of his prior mechanical experience, he gave us a level of comfort, and NOT from a Sales perspective. During the transaction, we achieved a fair deal, with better interest rates for purchase then from the other brand.
